Khairi's POV

I felt someone stroking my hair gently,I open my eyes slowly only to stare at those eyes looking into mine lovingly

"Good morning" I yawned

"Good morning baby" he kissed my forehead

"How was your night" I asked in a sleepy voice leaning into his touch,his hands are just so warm

"Amazing" he replied

"What time is it?" I asked again rubbing my eyes with my fists like a baby

"It's just 7:30" he replied

"Then we better get downstairs then" I said sitting up

"Not just yet" he replied smiling and I looked at him puzzled before I understood what he meant.

After both taking a bath,we dressed up in matching blood red hoodies. We've never worn it before,we bought it in Paris during our honeymoon. On mine was written 'His Queen👑' and on his was written 'Her King👑' and in front was written KhairAn'. It was so cute and beautiful, I simply love it,we paired it with a pair of white Jeans as I tucked the front of mine into the jeans and put on a white scarf around my head.

We went downstairs hand-in-hand only to see all our cousins by the kitchen door,all stunned.
We walked towards them and asked

"What's going on?"

They kept quiet and just pointed their fingers towards the kitchen and our jaw dropped, literally.

I couldn't move or blink. I need someone to pinch me to make sure this isn't a dream. This cannot be real. It was Zahra and Haidar, making breakfast, whilst giggling and laughing, occasionally blushing. Ok,I'm really not seeing correctly,can someone hit me on the head with a frying pan to get back my senses please cause hell this ain't happening, there's no way it's happening, Ok maybe this is a dream and I'll wake up to all these gone,yeah that's right,this is all a.........dream?

Saffy who snapped out of her reverie finally had the courage to talk "Um Hi?"

They turned their heads before smiling warmly at us ''Good morning! "Zahra said in a cheerful voice,too sweetly it is so Creepy

"Well Good Morning to you too" Mara smiled walking to the Kitchen while we all follow suit

"What's happening here?" Tammy asked gesturing between the two of them

"We're making breakfast" Haidar replied smiling

"Ohk?" Saffy asked still surprised but nevertheless shrugged it off

"And a very special good morning to Ayaan and Khairi" Adda hami said smiling mischievously wiggling her brows

"Ok,what's with everyone and the creepy look" I asked even though I get that Adda hami is teasing us

"Nothing, but something" she replied grinning

Ok,has she finally lost her mind,I thought it would take longer but oh well!

"Adda Hami you really need to get your brain checked, I think the baby's messing it up" I said with a serious face while she glared at me before throwing her shoe at me hissing

"Stupid girl" she said

"See,violent, you really need to be quarantined before you hurt the normal people around you" I said faking anger

"Zanci mutuncin ki wallahi, useless girl kawai, I wonder how Ayaan's coping with you ma" she hissed again. Guess I ruined her mood...Ha!, I love annoying my sister

"I'm really trying aren't I ?" Ayaan said shaking his head pitifully

Now it's my turn to glare,at him "Excuse me Mister" I said pushing his hands that were around my shoulder away walking to where Bahi,Lisa,Maryam and Hanifa were standing

"I was kidding" he said

"Wateves" and they all laughed at us,Even Zahra,I'm now definitely,1000% sure the world's not spinning in the right direction.

During breakfast,everyone was cheerful, laughing and just enjoying the moment. I stared at my entire family and smiled, can anything be more than this. This is perfect,this my life,my happiness and with Ayaan by my side,it's just more than perfect,I can't help but fall in love with him everyday,all of him,and yes,even his annoying self,just him,now and forever.

I was snapped out of my reverie when I heard Anty Faiza clearing her throat gaining all our attention "Um,I'm no longer against Zahra's marriage with Haidar" she started out of nowhere.

I mentally huffed wannan kuma Ke ya shafa,Ke kika San shi kuma

Ok I know that was rude,but I didn't say it to her face. But you have to admit, she just can't stay where she belongs,she pokes her nose where it doesn't belong too. I mean,Zahra is not even her daughter!

She continued "Since Zahra is clearly happy with this arrangement, I will support my daughter all through the way. May Allah bless their union''

''thank you" Zahra mouthed

"You're welcome" Anty Faiza replied

"At least you can bless some unions" Adda Hami whispered rolling her eyes but we've all heard her

Anty Faiza shook her head "Ai kekan daman baki iya ganin Abu kiyi shuru ba don't you dare talk while I'm talking young lady"

Adda Hami let out a humourless laugh "Young Lady?, I'm sure you're not blind are you,I have a daughter and a baby to come,so please don't call me young again. And as for keeping my mouth shut,did you keep yours shut when dad divorced his ex wife and married mom,no!, you kept insulting her,and I and my siblings grow up like that,you never said anything nice about us do you. Now I suggest you keep your mouth shut and never utter-"

"Enough Aisha Hamida!" Abba almost shouted,oh no he called her full name,this ain't good. "Don't say a word more,don't talk to your aunt like that,now can't we have a peaceful breakfast or meal altogether without you two getting into each others throats?" He glared at both of them and we all kept quiet. Ammie hung her head low knowing that Anty Faiza will blame her for this and yet she never strike back,she just let's it roll of her back

"Wannan Kuma ka fada wa wannan yar kan. Kodake uwar ta ma bata Ga mutunci ba balle Ita,wayennan yayentan ai-"

Ammie stood up angrily keeping her spoon on the table making it make a sound from the impact of how hard she slammed it on the table "Never Again Faiza. From now on you will no longer talk about my children like that,you didn't give birth to them for me did you ?. For years you kept talking to me like trash and I never talked back but no more,don't you dare say such things about my children. If not for your idiotic self ma Ummieta is married already,living in US happily with their husband and five kids,she probably already forgot about us all but here you are talking endlessly about her. Look I don't care what you do but don't you ever Dare say anything such about me or my kids ever again" And with that Ammie stormed out with Abba following suit

Ok,I am grinning ear to ear😀 and mentally jumping happily. Damn Ammie what happen to 'letting things roll of your back' as she one told me. Ammie deserve a round of applause really but seems like my great elder sister already thought about that cause she burst into laughter clapping her hands

"Aisha Hamida!!" Papi said for the first time making us all flinch at his tone

"Faiza,see what you've brought on yourself,you've disgraced yourself in front of your children and grandchildren. Look what you made Hauwa did,she had never talked to anyone like that but you've pushed her to the wall. You're already a grown up so I won't tell you to do the right thing anymore cuz you should already know it by now,but by the looks of it you don't. I and your mothers life are almost over,and we just want to spends the rest of it in peace,now can you give us just that" he stood up and left too with Halmeoni and Lola

Anty Faiza closed her eyes shut,and after some seconds pushed her seat back and walked out

Ok,if Zahra was her daughter it would be 'like Mother like Daughter' cuz I see future Zahra in her....that is if Haidar doesn't help her change for good

Anty Faiza's kids and husband gave us apologetic looks and smiles before leaving too.

"Well y'all know I ain't gonna lie,I enjoyed the show to the fullest,who knew Ammie could be so feisty,I am so proud to be her daughter" Adda Hami said Taking a sip of her water that's on the table grinning widely

"Hamida!" Ya Hamid said in his warning voice

"Don't 'Hamida!' me ,we're practically the same age,twins actually so you don't get to scold me" she said smirking at Ya Hamid who shook his head at her

"Well I can scold you. That was so childish of you" Ya Hamza scolded her feigning anger

She rolled her eyes before pouting "oh you know you're not angry at me are you?" She battled her eyes lashes cutely knowing that Zahra's watching her

"I can't see this" I turned my head away

"I know you wanted to laugh too,but it's a good thing you didn't cuz you are way to stubborn to be scolded" Ayaan whispered in my ear smiling at me

"Oh really am I now?" I asked

"Yes you are,but this is life nothing is perfect so you gotta manage what you've got" he shrugged

"You're right" I said smiling a bit

"But one thing's for sure" he said not looking at me

"What is it" I asked curiously

"It's that I'll always love you. I love you Khairi, I love you baby and that'll never change" he said looking into my eyes and I could see nothing but pure truth in them

"I will always love you too,I love you so much amor,i love you Muhammad Ayaan,now and forever" I smiled, he smiled back before kissing my forehead.

I rested my head on his shoulder while he rested his on my head holding my hands in his,he kissed my knuckles totally shutting the outside world out. For now its just the he and I. It's just Us❤👫.

I made a mistake earlier when I said my life is perfect. Now I realized it isn't perfect, it's almost perfect.

"This one really brings out your eyes, and compliments your skin,you should definitely get it" Maryam said looking at me and back to the Maroon Material Lace,with cream colored flowers decorated with stones and pearls all over she was holding in her hand.

"It really does,I know a good tailor here,and he really sews gorgeous dresses, and I bet he can make you a killer fitted gown in three days that's guaranteed to make Ayaan's jaw drop when he sees you in it" Hanifa said excitedly grinning

"And just pair it up with that silver necklace and God!, you'll outshine the bride herself" Maryam added pointing to a silver grey necklace shinning through the glass.

We are currently all out shopping for Zahra and Haidar's wedding. The guys went their separate ways while we went ours. Saffy suggested it since were in Kano and they have very good clothes,the best actually and so,here we are. And also we all needed fresh air and clear our minds. I'm with Maryam and Hanifa as all the girls divided into cliques too.

"I don't want to outshine the bride,it's her day,I already had mine. And speaking of which,what are you two gonna wear?" I asked the two shopping freaks in front of me

"We're new brides,what do you think we're gonna wear" Hanifa said smiling while I raised a brow

"We already have new clothes to wear obvi" Maryam said rolling her eyes

"But,we could never get enough jeweleries" Hanifa said her as eyes look over to the jewellery section

"Yesso,let's go buy em" Maryam replied raising a MasterCard in mid air

"Who's is that?" I asked

"Ya Hamid's of course" she said blushing a bit

"I've got Affan's too" Hanifa said bringing out her own MasterCard

"And I've got Ayaan's" I said bringing out mine too and we all burst into fits of laughter

"Well they did say to buy whatever we want so..." I trailed off smiling widely like a shopaholic

"So buy away!" Hanifa exclaimed and we continued shopping.

So hamida's name was actually just Hamida,but my school seatmate's name is Aisha Hamida so the name just appeared while I was writing it,but y'all gotta admit,it did add to the drama didn't it. I mean they were all like

"Aisha Hamidah!!" Kaman wani full name nata kenan,and so Kuma haka ya zama, so there you have it ladies and gentlemen. Adda hami's full name is Aisha Hamida.

It really took me a while to write this chapter, I wanted there to he enough drama,so how was it?
