Finally done with my exams,Alhamdullilah, here's an update

THIRD PERSON POV

Today is Maryam and Hanifa's Kamu event. They each were getting ready at their parents' house because they're gonna have it at separate houses.

Khairi,being Hamid's sister is going to Maryam's kamu while Ruky is going to Hanifa's.

Maryam was all dressed in her blue traditional attire and she looked absolutely stunning

while Hanifa was all dressed up in pink and she looked marvelous

Khairi,Bahi and Feenah were getting dressed at Khairi's room when the photographer arrived. Hanifa's kamu is taking place at the Umar Qureish's mansion,and the house was full of people so Bahi and Feenah stays at Ayaan's house for the while.

The photographer was to be at Umar Qureish's mansion but Bahi wanted them to take some pics before going

"Emmm,Mister Man,come and snap me" Bahi who was already annoyed said to the photographer who was busy telling them unnecessary details and stories instead of doing his job.
He took the picture and she looked beautiful

He took khairi's picture next

Then finally feenah's pic

"Adda Khairi, how do I look?" Feenah asked carrying her grey handbag

"You look beautiful dear" Khairi replied

"Ok,let's go Feenah,bye Adda Khairi" Bahi said and they waved at Khairi before driving off in Bahi's Mercedes Benz with the photographer.

Khairi walked out of her room and went to their room where Ayaan was all dressed up. She walked to the dressing table and took a black wrist watch and a perfume with cufflinks and walked towards him.

She kept them and the bed and holds Ayaan's hand putting on the cufflinks, then the watch afterwards sprayed him the perfume.

"Do you know how much I love you?" He asked her holding her hands in his

"I know, but I still need a reminder every now and then" she said smiling and he kissed her hands continuously

"Lallen ki yayi kyau"he said admiring her henna

" nagode"she replied and he pulled her close to him,engulfing her in a hug

"You look so beautiful baby" he whispered in her ear

"And you look handsome" she replied

"Well duh" he bragged in a duh tone and she lightly smacked his shoulder

"Way to ruin the moment handsome" she said rolling her eyes and he chuckled

"Handsome,that's a name you never use,what happen to 'amor'?"

"That's the word I wanted to use"

"Well,I am handsome" he said and she smacked him again

He bent down on one knee and touches her not so visible baby bump

"Baby,you see your momma is violent, she's beating up daddy,bad momma"He said to the baby

"Don't ever say that to the baby, and you're making it sound as if I don't love you" she pouted

He pecked her pouted lips which turned to a wide grin "well of course,how long has it been since you said you loved me"

"About three hours ago"

"Oh that's right"

"Yeah right,let's go " she rolled her eyes before picking up her veil,bracelet,wore her necklace, picked up a veil,wore a flat yet fashionable Vine shoe,since Ayaan doesn't let her wear heels anymore.

He dropped her off at Abubakar Qureish's mansion before he drove to Umar Qureish mansion.
She left to the event with Adda Hami as per her strict orders.

The event started,they posed for pics,took pics,talk to relatives,caught up in all that they've missed with of course the wedding gossipers there to gossip as Khairi caught some of the things they've said like

Is that khairi, I heard she had a miscarriage

Like what the hell?!, where did they got that from

I heard Ayaan was forced to marry her because she is always after boys

I heard that he is in love with another lady and he still loves the lady

I heard that her husband is getting married again

I heard that they fight everyday

I heard that he once sent her back home packing

I heard that his mother doesn't even love her

I heard that Ayaan hate her seff,he's just tolerating her

Khairi didn't give a damn about what they think or said,for as long as she knew she and Ayaan loves each other, they are bound to have enemies and haters,yeah,but she also know their love is endless.

She walked passed them and went outside to answer a call when two familiar voices caught her attention, she didn't see them but she heard them,one of which she despised and haven't heard in a long time

"Ruma, please,you don't have to do what mother said,look,all the Qureish men are married,happily married,please leave their life alone,Ruma,someone loves you,he really do,why not just give him a chance" the first person tries to reason with Ruma

"Haba Adda,I'm not heartless like you,i can't leave mom and dad like you did and go marry a bastard" Ruma almost yelled at her supposed 'adda'

"Ruma,don't you dare call Zaiden a bastard,and I didn't leave mom and dad and got married on my own,dad knew about it,he was there for the wedding, it was mom who didn't want to attend it, but hopefully, one day She'll know that Zaiden is in fact the right man for me and so is Yaqub for you"

"Why are you bringing Yaqub into this,it's over between us"

"No it's not, I can see you still love him dear sister, it's just mom that imprinted the idea of you marrying a Qureish in your mind like she did to me"

"No Adda siddiqah,I can't and I won't, goodbye,I hope I don't have to see you again because you lost the title of being my elder sister the day you left our house to marry Zaiden Zaheer" Ruma concluded and the lady looked at her sister's retreating back before leaving.

The Lady is Dr.Siddiqah,what?!, she is ruma's sister and married to Zaiden, like what?!? Khairi thought
