Hiccup

This is Berk, which is home. Yes, the same Berk that had changed for a year.

Why, you might ask? Well, it was all because of me.

Toothless flew by my side as we raced through the other side of the gorge.

"You'll never beat me, Hiccup!"  Toothless laughs as he speeds through past me.

I chuckled at his enthusiasm as I used all my dragon speed to catch up to the black Night Fury.

As I speed past him, we landed in Berk as I transformed into human form.

I am the Dragon Prince. The boy who has the powers of a Night Fury.  It was a big change for me and all of Berk.

Astrid spots me as I petted my best friend.

"Hiccup, there you are! Snoutlout was looking everywhere for you!" She said. Snoutlout and I are cousins and now we are the best of friends.

"Thanks, Astrid. I'll be there." I said to the Viking.

Snoutlout said, "Hey, there he is! The Dragon Prince, the Hero of Berk!"

I shook my head, "Snoutlout... I'm still trying to get used to be the Dragon Prince and I still don't have any idea of what type of powers I've had as a Night Fury."

Snoutlout looks confused, "Had you asked Toothless since you two are, well close?"

Ever since Toothless and I don't share a body anymore, I still wished he give me some advice now and then.

"He hasn't got a clue either. Remember that he doesn't inhabit my body anymore?" I said to my cousin.

He said, "Oh, right. Gosh, I didn't realize that it's been a year since you discovered your identity as the Dragon Prince! Things been weird with your Dad?"

I shrug, "Stoick is still trying to adjust that his own son is part Night Fury. But I'm sure that nothing will get any worse than the Dragon Queen."

Suddenly, horns blew in warning.

"Oh, what now?!?" I groaned as I stare into my cousin's eyes.

"Don't worry about it, Hic. You should go check it out while you still can." My cousin said in understanding that I had to interrupt our bonding time.

I closed my eyes and felt the power of the Dragon Prince and flew into the sky to see what the threat was.
