The first thing that ran through her head, wasn't a nice one. It was barely past four in the morning and she was being woken up by loud noises.

            She had been ready to roll over and go back to sleep, but when she heard the familiar sound of cannons being fired she was instantly awake.

            She got out of bed and stumbled to the door, throwing it open and looking outside to find the reason behind all the racket in the base.

            Then her father suddenly ran around the corner with his gun in his hand, and his eyes widened when he spotted her. “Clarissa!” he shouts, grabbing her shoulders.

            She looked at her father with wide eyes. “Dad, what’s going on? What are they shooting at?” She asks, her breathing starting to quicken in worry and fear.

            He didn’t have a chance to answer though, because a roar sounded down the hallway and then all of a sudden-- a giant, robotic dinosaur ran around the corner and slid into the wall, causing her to scream.

            Sunstreaker and Sideswipe followed, running towards the dinosaur and shooting at it. The giant Tyrannosaurus Rex just simply swung his tail, and the twins went flying down the hall towards Clarissa and Lennox.

            Lennox grabbed his daughter and pushed her back into her room, shutting her door behind her and continuing to push her towards the window. “Listen Clarissa, you need to get out of here. Skids and Mudflap are waiting, you need to get to them and they will protect you.”

            Clarissa shakes her head quickly, tears starting to escape her eyes. “No, dad! Don’t leave me, I just got you back.” She says, gripping his army vest tightly and refusing to let go.

            Lennox looks down at his daughter with saddened eyes, grabbing her head and quickly kissing her forehead. “I’ll find you Clarissa, and I’ll come back to you. I promise. Right now, you need to get out of here and go so you’ll be safe.” He says, tearing her window and looking down at the younger set of twins.

            Clarissa, with help from her father, climbed on top of the windowsill. She nodded her head to her father, letting go and falling towards Skids and Mudflap below her.

            Lennox watched her fall, his heart pounding in his ears and he held his breath. When Skids finally caught Clarissa, he let out a sigh. “Protect her!” He yelled, waiting for a nod from them both before he ran back out of his daughter’s room where the twins were still fighting Grimlock.

            “Sunny! Sides!” he yelled, when Grimlock was being kept occupied by Ironhide shooting at him. They looked at him and glanced around him, searching for Clarissa no doubt. “She’s gone, Skids and Mudflap got her out of here!”

            Instantly, Sunstreaker and Sideswipe seemed more relaxed when they found out that Clarissa was in safe servos and away from the battle.

            Then, they returned to fighting Grimlock. If they could handle doing Jet Judo to the crazy Decepticon seekers, then they could hand the leader of the Dinobots!

I am so sorry for not updating recently guys, but school has been rough on me O.O

So here I am giving you one short chapter, and the next one is longer! 

I only have like 11 days until I get out of school, so be patient for a bit longer!

As soon as school is over, I will start updating more!
