Liz pov
I looked at my brother as he walked towards me. "Mother taught me this spell from glossryck, don't get distracted by anything in this world and focus on me" I nodded "Where are we?" "We're in your mind, you need to pay close attention to me and to some things that will be clear to you" I nodded and walked towards him "Now, come" I held his arm as we walked until our grandparents house came into view. I smiled and saw us hanging in the backyard with Conner

"Dude I'm bored..we should do something?" "Like what? We've done everything?" "Lets play videogames?!" "Nah let's just chill" past Roman left me and Conner alone and I was blushing at him and he smiles "So what you want to do bestie?" "Whatever you like..I'm not picky" I loved the way he always said yes to me but then I remembered.

"You lied to me! My father told you to watch over me when you don't have to! Go away Conner!" I felt my heart break a bit "I'm sorry Liz! You father just wants you to be safe so you don't do the same mistakes your mom did..I'm sorry" he had tears in his eyes and it made the scene so sad.

"You've seen the best and worst of Conner..have Your feelings changed?" I look up at Roman and shook my head "No, I still like him" he nods and we continue on. As we walked its back on Mewni and then I hear giggling and laughter as I look it's me riding a Manincorn along with Roman following behind and then we stopped hard as we almost trampled a kid.

"Hey! What's the big idea?! You could've gotten hurt!" I yelled back, goodness my voice was squeaky and I looked just like my mother "Sorry..wait no I'm not! I was minding my own business before you royals! Came and wrecked my peace!" I slide of the horse and walked towards him, he was an awkward chubby kid but his eyes were beautiful.

I heard my younger self gasp "Your right..I'm Sorry uh what's your name kid?" "Uh.." he was blushing seeing as the princess actually apologized back "Don't worry me and my twin won't bite" we laughed and looked at him "I'm Rowan, nice to meet you both" from that day we became friends and he fell for me but I didn't because I guess I didn't think he was cute enough to be with?

"I was such a harsh child, how did you even manage Roman?" He chuckles "Years of spending my whole childhood beside you..also it's a twin thing you idiot" I rolled my eyes at him "Did you ever like Rowan?" "I liked him as a friend because we were what 12 when we met? I didn't feel any attraction to him until we returned.." Roman smirked "I think I know who you should pick"  I smiled and nodded as well "Me too"

I opened my eyes to be staring right into my brother's. He looked at me and I moved away and sat up and he did as well. "You have magic in your veins" he chuckles "I always had..but I'm not a girl like you to take the crown or wand. Also it has its perks to get the ladies" I giggled "You weirdo, I need to find him"

"Then go and find them I'll tell mom about the duel" I nod and we separate and I come to be faced to Rowan "Princess Elizabeth" I blushed and stand back "Hello Rowan, we need to talk.." he nods and we walk towards the garden and sit on the stone bench near the roses "What's on your mind?"

I took a deep breath "I can't choose you.." he looked confused "What?" "I don't think we will be together forever, I came to realize it has to be the person who you trust and also see a future with them to be able to see if it's real" he lowered his head

"I was so mean and rude to you when we were kids, you liked me but I didn't return the same feelings..I started liking you now..since Your older and look handsome not because of what you have on the inside, I like that your understanding and listen closely but that's not what I'm all about"

he nods and held my hands "Thanks for telling me this princess, I just hope your making the right choice" he kissed my hand and took off, I felt guilty but it's how I feel towards him. I get up and go look for Conner, my heart races just the thought of his name.

As i get to the training room I see him fighting against one of the guards, he's quick and focused, something a leader should be "Hey honey what are you doing here?" "Hey dad, I need to speak with Conner" "Is that a good idea? He needs to practice for that fight.." I chuckled

"That fight is over because I want to be with Conner dad.." he smiles at me "You love him don't you?" I blushed "Yes, I really do want to be with him" he smirks "I'm glad you chose him, he's a catch" I looked at my dad and hugged him "Thanks dad"
