It was the third day and the two were determined to get some information this time and speed up their mission. Jak wasn't one for being easily affected, but the death of the random woman and the uneasy atmosphere was strange to him. The two split up to look around the upper floors. Jak was lucky enough to avoid getting caught, but it was the opposite for eren. Eren you see was unlucky. He got caught by a supervisor that was suspicious of his movements.

"What are you doing?!" the supervisor asked. Eren turned around and replied coolly. "Sorry ma'am I'm new here, I got lost here" "i'm guessing this place is restricted?" The woman nodded and scolded him before letting him off. Eren pulled out his walkie talkie and told Jak what he found. The two decided to check that place out later on.

 The two contacted Giorna to hack into the password keyboard. She told them that it'd take ten minutes at best. The two waited and occasionally hid whenever they sensed and heard a presence. The door finally opened. The two stepped in there cautiously and hid. Before them was a person in front of a lot of computers that emitted a blue light on his body and the room. Some had footage from cameras in the company and another had a tv show playing. The guy in front was laughing his ass off, but then got startled and muttered something about distraction, then re-focused on his computer.

He started pulling up statistics and erasing numerous digits and started matching patterns. Jak and Eren were thinking that this was looking familiar. They realized that he was a hacker like Giorna. He was the one behind the firewalls that stopped them last time. If they could stop this guy then their mission would be half way done!

The door showed signs of opening and the two hid themselves even. Another guy marched in to check the hacker's progress. It wasn't until the guy left that Jak noticed something off about the hacker. He looked very worn out and thin. He barely showed any sign of movement and his eyes were now blank. Whatever the other guy whispered must've affected the hacker.

It was probably a threat and the hacker was most likely hostage. That conclusion was confirmed when the hacker left briefly to get coffee and caught the two snooping. The hacker said nothing and merely stared. The two were ready for him to snitch and alert the authorities. But to their surprise he didn't and he sat them down and asked them what they were doing and why? 

After listening he said that he was a prisoner. He was a hacker that was found and forced to help the enemy. He was a hacker for fun until now.  He looked angry and they knew that he wanted revenge. The guy introduced himself and said his name was Priet. He begged the two to bring down the company and set him free. Right there and then with the handshakes an alliance was formed. He promised to join their side if they succeeded and while he said that, he also told them about the layout of the company. With the information things then became easier. 

  Eren told the guy to wait. That they'd cause a commotion by destroying the one and only storage facility and by the time they're done ,they'll do the same to the company's dark network system. The very system that the hacker was using to destroy people and gain more info and money for Company X. When the distraction is over Priet will have to pack anything he has and will have to move and escape immediately with Jak and Eren.

The three agreed to start it the day after.
