It was the second day and this time they were ordered to help with upgrading the structure of the company. Their afternoon was interrupted when alarm bells began ringing everywhere. The doors started  closing and security guards were deployed to the third floor. Jak and eren were wondering what was going on. Their question was answered when they heard shouts from above saying, "Get the thief! Don't let her fucking escape!" Jak guessed that this must be a common occurrence.

With the way things were going the company would  fall on its own. The alarms stopped after lots of gunshots rang out. The body dropped down the ground and was bent at awkward angles. Everyone there knew the foolish guy was dead... 

Blood pooled out from underneath the girl's body. Jak turned his head away and Eren merely stared emotionlessly. One of the security guards used gloves to search her and retrieved a folded file from her jacket's pockets. Minutes later a cleaning room came to clean up the mess and dispose of the body. After the whole ordeal the floor was squeaky clean like nothing happened. Everyone, although scared, resumed their duties like nothing happened.

Jak blinked and whispered to eren. "That will happen to us if we're not careful" "We must finish this as soon as possible, because the longer we stay here the higher the probability of us getting caught"  Eren nodded. 

The two didn't get to collect any information because of the chaos that day. They returned to their base after their "work" and reported to the professor. The professor listened and said it was alright. That they should continue to do good work and that he hopes they'll succeed.
