Isa is a kind and gentle girl who would do anything to her friends to see them happy and smiling. She adores being at Camp Half Blood and works as hard as she can just so she has plenty of free time to experience things and to be with her friends.
Isa is generally accepting of others, not really caring about what species, nationality, parents or anything of the sorts. Just as long as you're willing to be loyal and kind like she is, she is happy being friends.
She can be a bit of a dreamer, daydreaming away of what happened in a quest and what her future might have, but she is generally down to earth, being able to pay attention most of the time if anyone speaks with her.
However, as compassionate as she can be, she needs compassion and comfort in return, due to her emotional side that is terrified of losing or disappoining her loved ones...

Hebe is the goddess of eternal youth, prime of life, forgiveness and the cup bearer of the gods (meaning she presented Nectar and Ambrosia to the gods). Hebe is the child of Zeus and Hera, and, once married to Hercules and having two children, her role passed one to Ganymede.

Powers:

Can temporary restore her youth or anyone's youth (for as long as they need it), could possibly live forever at a young age (this power is unknown), can handle a bit more Ambrosia and Nectar than other demigods.

Weaknesses:

Can still die a normal death, restoring someone's or her youth causes her to pass out (for a short amount of time, half hour at the least), not a weakness for her powers but she is terrified of storms and it causes her to freeze up.

Backstory:

Not many people know about Isa's backstory, but from what Isa will explain is that she was left at an orphanage after she was born. Her father must of not accepted her was the only explanation she could give as to why she was at the orphanage. She won't say what her experience at the orphanage was like, but she does admit to running away when she was thirteen and stumbling upon the camp, somehow without encountering any monsters. When she turned fourteen, she was claimed as a daughter of Hebe and has not left the camp since except for quests and helping with the battle defending Olympus from Kronos, having sided with Percy and Annabeth.

Other:

Will flinch and try to change the subject if someone asks about the orphanage. Can have minor panic attacks when in complete darkness (especially in a small room).
