Vidushi : So yeah... this is it... this is how you ended up having a blind date.

Sanyukta : Wow... so i am going on a date tomorrow and now i don't even have a choice cause i can't leave someone hanging for me as this all has already been planned.

Vidushi : Uhh... yeah.

Sanyukta : Damn.. screw my life.

Vidushi : Cheer up! It's just a date.

Sanyukta : It's not "JUST A DATE" it's a "BLIND DATE."

Vidushi : It's a date whatsoever which will get over in a blink of time and maybe then when its over you don't have to fave that guy like ever again. Or may be you will have a new lover!!😉

Sanyukta : Easier said then done and what if that dude is some creep, a stalker or some psycho or worst some psychopath killer who would haunt me till he kills me. Oh God my death is near and there is so much that i have not yet done like sky diving and...

Vidushi : Shut up woman!! Trust my boyfriend a bit!! He considers you as a sister he wouldn't find someone like this for you. If he has found you someone he would surely be a great guy. If not boyfriend you would surely have a friend by the end of tomorrow night!

Sanyukta : But...

Vidushi : No buts. Sleep now its already late and we dont want you to look like a zombie on the date tomorrow so lets go to bed and not think about it. It will all be just great.

Sanyukta : Fine.

Next day Sanyukta was still sleeping till late afternoon and Vidushi let her be because she knew that Sanyukta might have not slept the whole night just because of the thoughts of the upcoming date and to be fair enough though she wasn't showing it she was anxious herself for her best friend and had called Parth more than a dozen times just to know who the person was so that she could do atleast a research on the person but to her luck Parth was not ready to state the name so all she could wonder what this date would bring to them.

It was around 5pm when Vidushi knocked on Sanyukta's door.

Vidushi : Come on!! Open up! We have to get ready and reach there by 7.30pm.

Sanyukta : I have cold. I cant come out. Lets just cancel this. Even God doesn't wants me to go there.

Vidushi : Oh really?? Then let me come and check you.

Sanyukta : Uhh... no ... no you can't come otherwise you will be infected by it too. So its better you go and tell them that i couldn't come.

Vidushi : Ohh is it! If it's that bad then I should probably call a doctor and then he would give you some medicines and injection and then probably you would be fine and ready to go.

Sanyukta : No need of that i will just sleep in and i will be fine in few hours.

Vidushi : Shut up and open the door. I promise that if I find him to be a Creep I will make some excuse and will take you out of there within few minutes. Just trust me.

Sanyukta : Fine only for you and my soon to be brother-in-law.

Soon the door was opened and Vidushi sighed in relief. They started getting ready. Dresses were pulled out from the closet and arguments were made in favour and against of various dresses but soon they agreed on the one which was least classy, simple and least revealing just like Sanyukta wanted. Vidushi worked on her makeup and hair before going to her room to get ready.

By the time it was 7.00 they were both in the drawing room ready to go.

Sanyukta : I hope this goes good.

Vidushi : Don't worry it will be, you look great and this night will only get better as i have done some special Vidushi magic on you and everything around you so nothing can be messed up.

Sanyukta (chuckles) : I hope so.

Vidushi : See only that smile was missing and now its there too. Now nothing can stop this night to be grand. Lets go before we are late.

Soon they reached the restaurant and all the nerves gets kicked in Sanyukta as all she could think of the ways the night could turn disastrous but nothing she thought had prepared her for what was about to come.
