There is a point in life
When you cross this certain age
Where you stop reacting in the same way
You feel liberated from an invisible cage

Now you have a choice, pick a way
To stay in the cage or fly away
Emotions hits you less often, so you are on your own
It's only your conscience which weighs you down

Many of us decide to follow the old path
We call it settling down, "for the sake of near ones"
But a few decide otherwise, and give it all it takes
They create their own path, they reach for the suns
