The sun's warm rays kissed down on my back as I slowly made my way down the street with Red in the pocket of my shirt.
I was heading down to the adoption center for a while to fogure out how I can help Red with his situation.

Mama Cry has told me early this morning that she had a assistant bitty available and that I could come down and pick him up. "Oh, I hope this works out because I'm really worried about you, Red" the bitty rolled his eyes and gave a scoff. "Tch, I don't need help mama,
Why do ya insist on helpin'? There's no point!" I turned to glare at him.

"Red,
this is a serious issue! You haven't hadn't gotten a wink of sleep since you've had those nightmares and I'm just being worried" Red just rolls his eyes as a response with annoyance written on his face.
"Bah! Humans are such worryworts!" I finally managed to spot the small adoption center up ahead and quickly fastened my pace and before long,
the small bell above the turquoise coloured door rang as I stepped inside the adoption center.

All eyes were on me as I could feel small eyelights of the small bitties watched on whilist I walked up to the reception desk and was greeted by a smiling worker.
"Hello, and welcome to Mama Cry's Adoption Center! How may I help you?" I panted feeling out of breath as I answered.
"Is Mama Cry available?" The worker gave a confused look before replying.

"Yes she is, she's in the back attending the stray's" I gave her a quick 'thanks' before dashing off towards where she had pointed and entered the room.
"Oh! Hello Maria" I turned to see Mama holding what looked like a Sansy in her palms and she was giving me a smile.
"Heya Edge, long time no see" I noticed the Sansy bitty talking to Red and making Red puff his cheeks bones.
"It's not Edge anymore, it's Red!" He snarls, a little too aggressively.

The Sansy seemed startled for a second before reverting back to his previous facial expression. "Jeez uh, sorry Red didn't mean to offend you" he immediately apologised while beads of sweat formed on the side of his skull.
Red only replied with a 'hmmf!' Sound while folding his arms and pouting.

"So.... how is he?" Asked Mama breaking the awkward silence "he has gotten worse since you left and I am now, extremely worried" Mama nods in understanding. "I have come up with a bit of a solution and you're looking at him" I stared at her before glancing down at tthe tiny bitty in her palms and Red seemed disgusted.
"What?! Him?!? But why!?!" Red cried in alarmed looking at Mama making her chuckle "because Red, Sansy here suffered almost the same as you did with his previous owners and I thought he would be perfect to help you out with you're nightmares."
Red glares at the bitty in Mama's palms "I ain't sharing a room with this dingus!" "Red! That is quite enough!" I scolded making him squeak in surprise.

"S sorry Mama..." he muttered apologetically feeling a little ashamed at his behavior. "I'm sure, Sansy here will be able to help out any needs possible and if things improve then, he'll be returned to the store unless it's up to you to adopt him as a roommate for Red" I gave a slight nod and smiled.
"Thank you, Mama and I'm sure Red won't mind having another roommate in my apartment. Am I right, Red?" I looked down at the the little bitty in my shirt pocket as he gave a slight scoff before he mutters a reply "yes I guess Mama".

I gave a smile and planted a small kiss on his skull as Mama handed me the tiny bitty she held. "Please, report back to me if Red has any progress" Mama says, softly "of course, I'll make sure to give you a call on any updates as soon as possible thank you, Mama Cry" I said as I gave her a wave before leaving the room and headed off whilist she waved back callibg a 'goodbye' behind me before I headed off home holding a new bitty in my palm.

'Let's just hope this'll work out okay.... I hope...' I thought heading down the sidewalk.
