I cross checked all the things that I'll be needing for the business trip. Gosh! I'll be away for the whole week.

Uhgh there's gonna be a fan meeting for Ashton... damn..Ella had been giving me a hard time ever since she learnt that I'll not be able to make it. She had been texting and making calls telling me I'll miss the opportunity of my life and that how she's gonna take the opportunity to click a selfie with him and post it on instagram and make others including me JEALOUS!! Am I really her best friend??? God knows.

I took my heavy luggage, dragged it along the corridor making the noisiest sound ever which made my neighbours peep out of their doors. I rushed in to the elevator to save myself from embarrassment , took a cab and made it to the airport just right in time. Ok I was 10 minutes late.

I walked up to where Reuben Bareth along with the others were standing probably waiting for me. Anna, my companion for the trip looked towards me and gave me a " you are so dead " look .I nodded and returned her with a " save me " look.

" Uhh ...good morning." I said nervously.

"Good Morning? You are 10 minutes late Miss Pachelbel." Reuben roared in anger.

"I'm re-really sorry sir. I was caught up in traffic." I lied.

"Traffic? At this hour? "He said in disbelief.
"Just because of your damn traffic we could have missed the flight. And you knew how important this meeting is, it could have brought the whole company a major loss."

I hung my head in shame. Why the hell is he shouting like this? It was just 10 minutes.

"Didn't I mentioned about punctuality Miss Pachelbel." He said resting his hands on his hips.

"Yes." I replied like an eight year old kid.

"Then why don't this simple things enter your head--"

"Whoa whoa calm down." A voice interrupted.

I turned to see who it was. And WHAT???You wouldn't believe this.This is like a dream come true. The person whom I admired most ,my role model is just standing in front of me. It's him, Ashton Bareth.I mean seriously?? Someone pinch me out of this beautiful dream.

"Oh my God. I can't believe this. What in the world are you doing here. Gosh!I'm a great fan of yours. I can't believe this...i can't believe you're standing right infront of my eyes. I'm so happy to finally meet you." I squealed in excitement.

"Nice to meet you too." He said smiling.

"Both of you would you just shut up." Reuben said, this time getting really angry.

"Come on man... calm down. She was just 10 minutes late. Why are you making a fuss about it? " Ashton said.

"She is my secretary not yours so I can treat her the way I want. You stay out of this." Reuben shot back.

"Alright alright forget it. Lets get going before we miss our flight."
Ashton said frowning.

"Wait. Can you exactly tell me why are you here? Are you familiar with the boss?" I asked confused.

"Well ,pretty lady I'm going to the meeting to keep you company and to guard you from him." Ashton said motioning towards Reuben then winked at me. "Come on. Lets go." He said and wrapped his arm around me and walked pass Reuben.

I entered my hotel room tired after 5 long hours of travelling. Thank God there is no schedule for today which means I'm taking a hot nice shower and a peaceful nap.

I grabbed my stuffs and ran in the bathroom.

After an half hour, I came out, dried my hair and got ready for a nap, just then Anna stepped in. Yeah, of course we're sharing the same room.

"What took you so long?" I asked her.

"Uuah nothing. Just got stuck in the reception making notes." She said and walked in the bathroom.

I tried to take a nap but couldn't and always kept on wondering why Ashton was here? Wait aren't he suppose to be in the fan meeting?

I stepped out of the bed hurriedly, took my phone and dailed to Ella.

"Hello Ella." I said.

No response.

"Hello Are you there?"

No response.

"Hello what's wrong Ella."

No response.

"For God's sake speak up."

"Hello" She said as though she is in a great shock.

"What's wrong with you? You sound as if someone passed away." I said.

"Hello Ella. Are you there?"

"It was cancelled." She managed to speak atlast.

"It was- what?" I asked her.

"The fan meeting was cancelled
Kaesy. It was cancelled. " she said screaming.

"Oh you're bursting my eardrums..... " I said. "And yeah I knew about it and I called to ask you about that."

"You knew about it. How?" She asked, now acting normal.

"Forget about how. Do you know why?" I asked her.

"He had an important meeting to attend. That's what the internet says."

The bathroom door opens and Anna steps out. She must be knowing something.

"Hey I'll call you later." I said and hung up.

"Ummh hi." I said.

"Do you want something from me?" Anna asked.

"Yeah actually I wanted to ask about Ashton." I said.

"Ashton Bareth? What's up with him." She replied.

"Do you know why he's here?...... I was just curious."

"Ahh! He's basically here because his father sent him to learn the ways of business. He was really not interested in business. All he wanted to do was music. So ,once in a year his father would sent him in a business trip, you know, to learn business. " Anna said.

"You sure know a lot about him." I said.

She smiled and walks out of the room.

"And yeah" Anna said clicking the door open again.

"Our boss, Reuben and Ashton.......they're brothers."

"What? They're brothers?" I said in shock.
