I was at the dinner table trying to talk her into letting me go to the Olympics. Honey, are you out of your mind! You are NOT going to the Olympics! My mom exclaimed. Mom, remember all those years of me wanting to go to the Olympics? Just think, all of that dreaming for nothing. Do you want your daughters heart to be broken? Or do you want me to be happy? I said. Mom sighed. I'm done talking about this. But... Mom cut me off- maybe this is might lead to something. Fine, I know someone who lives right where they are doing the Olympics. I almost fainted. This was so exciting!!!!🎆🎊🎉🎇 IM GOING TO THE OLYMPICS!!!!!!! I exclaimed. I jumped up and down. I was acting like a little kid but I really didn't care. I'm going to the Olympics!
