I, Maria Clara de la Cruz, walked towards my closet. I picked out some casual clothes and placed the clothes I chose on my bed. I grabbed my soft white towel and swung it to my shoulders. I headed to my bathroom.

After taking a shower, I put on my clothes and headed downstairs. I headed outside my door and headed towards my favorite coffee shop, Antique. I saw the sign and headed upstairs the building Antique was in. I opened the door to the cafe and the bell gave a small, 'cring'

"Welcome to Antique!" A man greeted "oh hello Maria"

"Kuya Toni! Wheres the trio?" I ask for my siblings. "The oldest one is upstairs, the second one is as usual... Stalking me," He gulped a bit "but shes not here, shes on an errand to get more coffee beans"

"You know how Vanessa is, she likes you~!" I teasingly sang. He playfully rolled his eyes and said, "I know how she feels, hermana, but aren't I too old?"

"Shes 18 and your 24," I deadpanned, "six years only... Or is this about Lovi--"

"Quit sticking your nose in my life hermana, and Lovino is my younger brother... Im straight" He said

"Fine fine," I waved it off "wheres Joaquin then?"

"Believe it or not... He is seeing someone" Antonio smiled. I blinked and said, "is she older again?"

"No, its not like Mei... Shes younger" He said. "Who is it?" I ask. I want my younger siblings to have a great life, and I don't want them to flunk it. The door opened and it revealed to be Samantha, one of my youngest siblings. "Ate!" She smiled hugging me.

"Has Yao been treating you right?" I ask. "He is! He is very nice, and he introduced me to the boys named Peter, Erland and Leopold!"

"Are you sure they are nice?" I raised an eyebrow. "They are nice~! Also did you know that Kuya Joaquin and Tokiko is seeing each other~!"

"Tokiko?" I asked both Antonio and Sam. "Yeah Tokiko! Kiku's younger sister"

"Well he's lucky" I chuckled. Samantha checked the clock and said, "wheres Rosa..."

"Rosa? Shes coming here?" I asked. "You missed out a lot in our lives... Since you work so hard..." Sam sighed "We'll catch you up later" 

The door opened and Yao entered, "oh! Ni Hao, Maria!" He waved

"Oh hello" I smiled and saw Kiku behind, "hi to you, Kiku"

"Oh herro Maria! I havent seen you since we finished correge" He smiled. Thats right, all my friends right now who knows me a lot are my college buddies. Well, we knew each other before college. I really owe some of them because they watch over my siblings like Antonio and Yao. It was too much to ask, but I didnt ask... They insisted. My job is a writer, which means I travel around Japan a lot. My work right now is the history of the world... Before we all got stuck in Japan.

I would only see my siblings every 3 months, and sometimes it turns into 6 months. I saw a finger snapping at my face and I realized I was in deep thought, "w-what!?" I ask

"We were asking you whats your order?" Vanessa, who was now here, smiled. "An espresso would be fine... Vanessa your back!"

"Yeah... Sorry for the wait Kuya Toni... The line was... SUPER LONG" She exaggerates. "OA," someone says entering the room "Guess who forced me to be early here"

"Kuya, its good to be early you know" Sam smiled. "Your making me look bad, Joaquin" Tokiko pouted.

"Also... Guess who is super late!" Sam groans "shes supposed to be here helping me with our project..."

"Who you waiting for?" Tokiko looks at Sam. She replies, "Rosa"

"I saw her at the cafe in Omnyo Academy" Tokiko tapped her chin. Sam squinted her eyes and deicides to call Rosa. After talking she ends the call and sighs. Kiku's phone started buzzing and he panicked saying, "uh sorry minna-san! Greece is having probrems again!" They he 'reft'

I drank my coffee while staring at Joaquin who was happily talking to Tokiko, Vanessa staring at the creeped out Antonio and everyone else. "Are you looking for Joseph?" Vanessa asks. I nodded, she smiled and says, "He is gonna be down here when his shift starts"

Antonio is taking care of the trio. They basically live at the apartment beside Antique, they don't live in the same rooms because they have their own... But when they were younger about 6 years ago... They stayed with Antonio.

"IM HERE! IM HERE!" A voice yells and the person throws a helmet across the room startling the others. "Learn to know where I exactly mean next time, Rosa" Sam playfully rolled her eyes.

"Yeah yeah I will" Rosa sat beside Sam and started doing their project. After a minute or two, Rosa realized something and went outside the cafe. She came back with a bunch of notes and a boy.

"I didnt know you were here, Kyohei" Tokiko smiled. I looked over at Kyohei and thought to myself. Kiku's younger brother... Kyohei. I have heard stories about him from Rosa. Believe it or not, she has a secret crush on him.

Time flies when you are with everyone. I continued to drink my coffee and order some more. Everyone is so happy, I feel a bit sad that I would always miss every single day like this. This is better, at least the three oldest is done with their studies. Now continue with the younger ones and support them to finish their studies in Omnyo Academy.

An hour later, Tokiko, Kyohei, Rosa, Sam and Yao left. That leaves me with Vanessa, Antonio, Joaquin and Joseph. Vanessa was already dressed out and she waved goodbye heading to her apartment.

"What are you researching on now?" Joseph asks me fixing his glasses. "Oh... Abput the history of the world... Grandma's story about our ancestor interested me to research about it and write a blog about it and--"

"Spread your knowledge" Juan said entering the cafe, "Hi Ate" He smiled at me. "Hi Juan, wheres Christina?"

"In Omnyo" he replies "herbal tea please" Joaquin nods and makes his order. After that, his order was done and Juan started drinking his tea. "I wonder if life was the same as before..." I mumbled. Based on history books and everything else, I felt like nothing has changed... Except somethings.

For example, Japan is now our only world... Everything else is called 'Elsewhere.' Only high ranked people or eligible people are allowed to go to Elsewhere. Like me, Im eligible. Our world is also more high tech, like our transportation is now not touching the ground. He also have a dome around Japan. We still have summer, winter, fall and spring but we are just protected by this dome. I never had been near to it, but its some kind of material.

After a few more minutes, I decided to head back home. I had research to do, its not my off anymore. All I have in knowledge about the past world is from one of my ancestors love story. They said I looked just like her, like an reincarnation. Well mostly all of us looked like our ancestors in the time of the great war. Also the people Im linked to, in some weird reason... We have the same names as them... I have the exact same name as the ancestor in the story. I wonder, if the man that my ancestor loved. Its January, it means its winter.

You could see my warm breath as I walked. I feel so cold and the wind violently blew my bun. My hair was free and it was a mess, my hair covered my face and I bumped into someone.

"Ow!" He groaned

"Im so sorry!" I apologized

"I-its okay... Its my fault for running" He said

"No its my fault for not looking in my way" I said insisting it was my fault

"Well I guess its both our fault dudette!" He smiled helping me up, "well bye!" He waved and walked towards McDonalds.

"I guess it is..." I mumbled heading to my place. I opened my door and plopped down my bed, I grabbed my laptop and started searching for more knowledge about the past. Everything that my research says links to that old love story.

I started printing out what I could find. After hours of heavy work, I was knocked out. I layee on my bed thinking about the events of today. It was sure tiring. I also realized something, the man I bumped into...

I didnt catch his name...

AN: WOOHOO! Yay, I finally updated... When the prologue went to my mind I started writing. The siblings wouldnt be there a lot, unless you want me too.

Im super excited to see the outcome of this story! I'll probably update next week or something... Im still thinking of a Prologue for my NaLu story. I can't think of what lurs them in the story.
