CHAPTER 43

AARAV 'S POV

The whole atmosphere around me was making me go mad . Yet i sat quiet my eyes were begging me to close ,i felt weak and tired,my nose had a injurie which was now dried up but still it hurts ,my whole body was screaming in pain yet,i choose to stay awake and watch the most beautiful human being laying unconscious in the hospital bed with wires all around her.

Her forehead had a white bandage tied around her head ,her hands and legs had injuries here and there .
She looked pale yet beautiful, she was the definition of innocence which i failed to notice before.

She looked so peaceful and calm and only God knows what is gone happen when she wakes up and knows the truth.

The bitter truth which says her love is no more in the world . She is all alone in the world yet again and this time even if i wish to say "you have me yamini " she may split on my face and leave.
That much i have made her suffer .

She was peacefully living her life and i like a monster entered her life and made it miserable, she came to know the sick revenge games of her own twin sister ,she would have felt betrayed more than betrayed .

She just came to know her whole life was a fu*king lie and now she lost her love of her life .

"It would have been better if i never meet you yamini ,you would have been happily, peacefully living your life." I whispered as i slowly stroked her hairs gently.

Why do you  have suffer so much?

"Sir,bring these things for the patient " the voice of the nurse broke my thoughts and I nodded taking the chit from her hand .

Looking at the chit ,I sighed and looked at yamini who was laying in the hospital bed .

"Nurse ,take care of her ,i will be back in a minute "i ordered and started to leave towards advik and yamini's house to take few set of dresses for her  and other needed things .

As i entered the house, i noticed how yamini's things were shattered around .

She must have  felt home here!! She never leaves her things out back in my mansion ,i have never ever seen her bag more than 2 times ,she was so insecure being around me .
A sad chuckle left my mouth and i walked towards the room .

I opened the cupboard to grab some of her clothes and immediately my eyes went to the right side of the cupboard 's door in which a big poster was posted saying bucket list !!

I ran my fingers on yamini 's photo cards which were attached in the corner of the poster and took a moment to read what was written.

Smiling i took few clothes and my phone rang and it was from the hospital.

"Hello" i answered

"Hello sir, can you please come back soon a person named  ayesha wants to meet you immediately ,thank you " the nurse spoke and ended the call without even hearing my answer.

Ayesha ? ,i sighed and closed the door when suddenly my eyes fell on the blue file and few medicines in the cupboard.

I have seen yamini takeing medicines and advik saying her to take medicines,even yamuna mentioned about yamini's health .

I slowly took out the file and saw the patient's name has yamini gopalakrishan which means yamini had a problem even before our marriage .

The file consisted many things like Xerox etc etc ,and to be honest i was scare to even open the page and read .

My phone rang and it was from the department .

"Hello sir, gautuam was found dead just a bit away from the building, seems like he too dead on the blast "the inspectors told

"Okay sir,if anymore updates please infrom me and please try to find advik'sbody "i told and ended the call.

sighing i took the file and clothes with me and started to leave to the hospital.

As i entered the hospital I saw a lady doctor checking yamini.

I raised my eyebrows and she looked at me top to botter with a digust look and again turned back and took her phone and tried calling someone but seems like the person didn't attend the call.

"Can i know ,who you are?" I asked and she rolled her eyes .

"I am ayesha , a medical student and advik's friend ,today was suppose to be yamini's surgery and advik  is still not here" she told and again tried calling someone .

Is she trying to call advik? And what surgery is she talking about?

"Ad..advik won't come " i whispered and she looked at me questioning.

"Why is that " she asked and with her attitude i can clearly say she hates me .

"He..he is no more " i whispered and looked away .

Her eyes went wide and tears filled her eyes .

"Wh...what" she asked and i nodded as yes looked down.

She walked backwards and leaned towards the wall ,still looking at me with wide eyes .

"Whatt did you do to him youuuuu basta*d "she yelled as she came forward and pushed me back .

"I didn't do anything ,he died in a bomb blast " I told and she still stared at me with wide eyes and her eyes were filled with rage .

"Are..are you talking about ooty's recent bomb blast? " she asked and i nodded.

"I took yamini and came out but...but he got stuck in and...and.. the rescue team didn't find him and only got his shirt piece and he turned...into.." as i spoke she stopped me showing her hands ,tears escaped her eyes and her face showed pain.

"Yamini...know about this?" She asked and i nodded as no.

"She didn't gain her consciousness yet,its been 15hrs "i whispered and she looked shocked for a minute.

"Shit!!her..her surgery " she told panicked

"What surgery? " i asked .

"Oh!! So sir still doesn't know anything, what kind of human being you are huh? trust me Mr it would have far far better if you had died instead of advik, you did everything you can and broke them ,congratulations
One dead ,one is on death bed what else you want?" Ayesha asked and honestly i never wanted to break them .

"What did they even do to you huh? She asked and all i could do was stand still with my head down ,the mistake was mine and i totally deserve this why not more than this too.

The room fell in complete silence and she went and sat in the bench.

"Yamini is suffering from hemorrhagic stroke (brain stroke) " she announced .

"If you ever wanna do something good for her save her ."ayesha told

hemorrhagic stroke ??
