Rishi

The audience cheered as we made our way into the field, today me and Jai were playing in opposite teams based on different sports house. Today was Aravalli vs Nilgiri, tomorrow was Vindhya vs Himalayas. Post this the best two will compete against each other and finally, the best player from each team will be taken to go ahead with inter university sports event

I am confident of being in , so is Jai.  The only problem is idiot Kunal, its Jai's luck that he and Kunal are in same team and they have to collaborate. We waved at our home audience before standing opposite to the competing team. I smiled at Jai wishing each other luck and with he whistle the game started. Both teams were good and we were planning to give our best. Our strategy was to not allow the opposite team to get hold of the ball. The first 30 mins went off without a goal and with the whistle we moved out for a break.

''I LOVE YOU RISHI'' A girl screamed from the crowd and I threw her a flying kiss. She caught and acted as if fainting. I shook my head and then found myself standing opposite to my coach. He looked murderous. ''win this game and all others before trying to be a hero.''

I nodded going back into the field.  This match cannot get into a tie breaker and I decided to attack. We passed the ball among ourselves moving towards he goal post of opposite team. I took a long shot, thought it was a risk, the ball landed straight into the goal  and we celebrated. Kunal looked miffed and tried to push me more than once, I have had enough and pretended walking backwards knowing he was behind me as my team mate had gestured. I elbowed him hard and he fell on his back crouching in pain. I pretended worried but instead warned him, ''Stay away Or you lose an arm'' He kept screaming I did intentionally but I had more supporters than him, even in his team. 

 Our captain reminded we had 15 mins for the match to end and now our strategy should be prevent any goal on our post as opposite team would try best to drag the match to a tie breaker. He was right, they turned aggressive specially my dear Jai. He outshined all in his team with his aggressive game and we had to be alert . The match ended with wining and our supports celebrated . I was so excited that I pulled my shirt off throwing it in the air. We were still cheering moving to the dressing room, when a girl appeared from no where kissing me deep. She squealed like a baby running back to stands, all I did was smile. She had her one min of fun and I was fine with it. As we walked out of the field , I shook hands with Pooja who had made her way towards the lobby. ''Proud of you.''

''Thanks!'' I smiled and then my eyes met that of Sanajna. She was glaring at me as if I committed a big crime. I decided to ignore, she had no right to be mad. Waving once at Pooja, I moved back to the boys room to freshen up and change. I knew one thing, I was in the list of University League so was Jai. There was no match for him in his team and I was glad that we would play as one.

Coach ended the meeting asking us to practice in the break day. I made my way  towards my block when I heard Pooja calling me, ''Hey''

''You were awesome.'' She said like a fan girl.

''Thank You!''

''And someone was jealous.''

''I don't care.''

''Really! Tell that to yourself.'' She teased. ''Rishi, I don't blame her, the prejudice is being fed to her all her life.''

''Pooja, can we speak of something else.'' She huffed, ''Okay!'' We shared a cup of coffee before parting for the day. Tomorrow, I would hand her, her very first earning and I want to capture that emotion.

''New year and a new girl. You can never change.'' Ruby's icy voice destroyed my peace. I wanted to snap but I won't give her that pleasure. Ignoring her, I kept walking and as expected, she caught up with me. ''How many more are you going to ruin Rishi after me.''

Wow! She was taking her drama class really seriously. ''I can't ruin garbage.''  I said, looking straight into her eyes. Her face paled and then turned red in anger. ''I can have who ever I want, but my stupid heart.'' She tried the emotional drama but that was it.

''I know how your stupid, greedy and gold digger heart functions. I know about the nights your stupid heart had spend with some seniors and how your stupid heart fall out of love the minute you see more riches.'' She charged at me but I was ready . ''I am not a good guy Ruby who would succumb to your pressure , threats and drama. I am a bad boy, mess with me and I will make sure you never mess with anyone.''

''I am no damsel in distress, you don't know how those two girls will pay for your attitude I will make sure you chose me.''

I huffed. ''Touch them, I dare you.'' She had her eyes locked with me and I made sure she knew I meant every word I said. Taking a step I whispered, ''You love clicking pictures and use them to threaten others. Well, you shared some not so decent ones with me. Touch anyone I care about, and you will regret the day you were born.'' 

''You are a pervert.''

''I am much more than that. Last warning, don't mess with me. I won't spare you this time.'' She stomped walking away, but I knew she won't stop this easily. For now, she is going to lie low but I will be prepared if she plans to do something shady.

Come what may, I don't want Sanjana harmed in any way. I care about her too much to let it slide.

Sanjana

Rishi is nit good, he is awesome. He owns the field. I don't have much of knowledge about the game but the way he ditched the opposite team and played them, I am a fan now. The moment his team won, the crowd broke into an uproar, he was the favorite. He took off his shirt and threw towards the crowd and I swear there was a riot among few girls and before we knew it was shredded into pieces. The inhaled it and I wanted to throw up. I do like Rishi but I have no intention of inhaling his sweaty t-shirt.   

My eyes went to him and froze for eternity. Rishi was a treat to eyes. Until now, I believed it was men who get aroused by glimpse of exposed female body and here I was, at the peak of my hormones, ready to devour Rishi. Shaking my head, I tried getting rid of the censored thought but my mind eyed him like a hungry predator. I realized, I was thinking wild and slapped myself lightly but no, he has corrupted my mind. My mind convinced me that as a human I was bound to commit a sin and I was so ready to drown in this sea of sin and wanted to commit all wild things with this man. I smiled to myself and then I scowled , a girl from stands sprinted towards Rishi kissing him hard on the cheek. He fu*****ing smiled at her. 'You are cursing'  My mind reminded and I apologized to my righteous self. But, this girl will get her mouth crushed for putting that on Rishi , my Rishi.

His mad team did a little dance before they stared moving towards their locker room. Pooja pulled my by arm to be closer. She leaned over the rail giving Rishi a hifi . They spoke and I wanted to thrash him, don't ask me why. Our eyes met and he just rolled his away walking away. If I could kill him in that moment, I would have for accepting that kiss and then smiling at her like an idiot. He walked away and my eyes kept burning hole in his back.

Pooja wanted to see him but I refused, I can't give him the satisfaction of me getting affected. I took my leave and turned my room upside down. I poor pillow faced the burnt of my frustration. Curling my lip, I sat holding the battered pillow. ''You will pay bad Rishi!''

Pooja either pretended or just ignored the the chaos of my room. ''I am hungry, lets go for dinner.''

''Can we go for a walk post that?'' I asked she nodded and I joined her. It was Pooja who kept the dialogue going while I kept sulking about the girl kissing Rishi and me plotting my revenge. I tried best to be part of the conversation but my mind had been attacked by a virus called Rishi.

''HELP!!!!!!'' The scream bought immediate silence and we all went attentive. A girl from our block fainted and now we all flocked around curious about the story. Someone gave her some water and asked what happened and the fun started . ''I had gone for a walk....I saw the ghost near that old Peepal tree.''

Pooja and I shared a glance trying not to smile. She leaned towards me, ''Let's go and meet the Ghost.'' I nodded. The seniors advised us to take caution and not loiter around as one definitely had sneaked into the campus. That sounded idiotic to me. We have amazing security and there is no way an outsider can sneak in. This is someone trying to be cheeky.

All dispersed and we decided to go for a walk. For the first time in whole one year, I found our campus empty. There were hardly any people like normal days. We made our way to the end of the campus, it has an amazing garden surrounded huge campus walls. Since we are on a top of a hill, there is no way someone would climb and then jump over the electrical fences. Pooja nodded and I started my acting. ''Pooja, lets go to that side.'' I said in a loud voice so that the ghost hears

The game we started and has now given birth to too many ghosts, but we are originals and this fake one has to pay the price. Some of our building girls had decided to follow us  to keep us safe. We took different routes and I could feel someone following me, an it was hen I imagined the girl who kissed Rishi and pulled my mosquito racket and attacked once I felt I ghost was near. ''I found the ghost and all of us attacked the idiot imposter. ''How dare you touch something that was mine.'' I mumbled

''What?'' Pooja asked and I just rebuffed as we went about hitting he ghost. Some other minion ghost  were being caught and I decided to inform the main security.

Finally when it was time of revelation there were gasps, it was Ruby. And we were wondering what made her do this. 

''You will answer to the dean tomorrow.'' The head of security said. But we were curious why she pulled his stunt and we finally got the answer from the minion ghost. It seems, he ghost stories has been going for weeks with few students pulling pranks on each other. Ruby decided it would be fun to scare people around the main garden area. She pretended not being scared of anyone earning few minions and respect. Her hunger for popularity will now earn her a punishment.

''You have been doing this for weeks. Yesterday, a girl fainted right outside her block because she saw a ghost dancing infornt of her.'' The security reprimanded and I scoffed

''But it wasn't me yesterday.'' Ruby explained, but no one trusted her. Ruby kept explaining her side and we decided to schedule from the group. ''Who is the dancing ghost?'' Pooja asked. I just shrugged

''I am glad they didn't catch the singing ones.'' And we giggled

My eyes then fell on one of he minion ghosts, ''She is the one who kissed Rishi.'' I said angrily

''So?'' Pooja asked bringing me back to reality. ''Nothing, lets go back.'' I gave one glare to the girl before walking away

Jai

It was fun to watch Ruby being caught for being the campus ghost but in reality, there are many and for now, all of them will stay low. I was aware this girl was capable for doing the unthinkable and we can't afford it with the upcoming tournament. So I did what no one could think. Ruby had been dropping her things on Rishi for 2 years in order to seduce him or come to him and he kept dumping them. I didn't know why, but I kept few and then the other day I heard her planning to scare students acting as campus ghosts. But before she could, I dawned her bracelet and scarf and became the dancing ghost for a week. I did dance around people who knew Ruby and her stuff. But that didn't seem to work , what worked that security for in high alert.  She was expected to get caught in a day or two but I never expected Sanjana to do the honors. 

I enjoyed it, but Rishi should know. Ruby will not let this slide. Sanjana is expected to get into the trouble sooner or later

Next- Sanajna leaned against the wall, her top half of face covered in a mask, while Rishi caged her between in arms. He wasn't touching her yet he fired every fiber in her body. He smiled moving his eyes from her lips to her eyes. ''I am a bad boy, and In then end, this bad boy will win your heart.''
