Part the second
I stood up and brushed myself off.
"I'm fine, sunshine, just nervous." I laughed through my worry.
"My name's sunny, not sunshine" she grumbled, trying not to smile.
She grabbed my wrist and pulled me through the vast hallways, navigating twists and turns.
After ages of walking, we got to the hall. Klaus,looking frankly terrified yet angry and happy too, was stood at the doorway, fiddling with his tie. He firmly grasped my hand and squeezed it. After a couple of excited words, we walked through the doors.
My eyes scanned the whole crowd, all of our friends and family there. I grinned. This time it wasn't forced, it was natural. Then I looked down the aisle. Through my excitement for this momentous day I had been planning ever since Duncan proposed, panic ripped through, destroying anything in its path. Oh god. I can't do this.
I yank my hand out of klaus grip, grab my skirt and sprint out the hall. By the time I stop, I'm in the courtyard of a beautiful old stone castle that my wedding is being held at.
I sink down onto the steps and sob. All out this time, no reservations. I have ruined my wedding, all because of some stupid event that happened years ago.
"Violet?" ...
