"Come on over. I got something you wanna see."

"Um, what?"

Alex was a bit confused.

Sure he knew Uni for over a year already so he knew she'd always call him on unexpected occasions.

But this, was different.

She almost never had something to show him as Uni knew Alex wasn't really into firearms due to a past traumatic experience.

'I know it ain't a gun. So what the hell is it?' He pondered to himself.

Turns out he ended up pondering for too long as Uni got impatient.

"Hey! You gonna come or not!?"

"A-Alright alright I'm going!"

He hanged up and for redressed, locking his apartment door and taking off.

Location: Lastation Basilicom

"Man. Been a decent while since I've been here." Said Alex as he walked around the main hall.

It was the first time he's seen the place in months.

Reason being was more so due to his, ill advised relationship with Uni's sister, CPU Black Heart/ Noire.

Alex can't honestly pinpoint a reason why she treats him the way she does. Though by now Alex grew accustomed to it and now tries his best to avoid Noire by completely avoiding the Basilicom.

Thankfully it didn't cause any issues to Alex and Uni's growing relationship as the pair were just fine hanging and chatting around the city much to Noire's annoyance seeing how frequently Uni goes to see Alex.

However now that doesn't matter.

After a short trip on the elevator, Alex made it to the sister's living room.

And speak of the devil.

The first person Alex sees is non other than the she-devil herself.

The two made eye contact and immediately glared at each other for what seemed like hours.

"Why're you here?" Said Noire who was clearly faking being calm and composed. Alex could tell she had a light negative tone.

"Nothing that concerns you. I'm just here cause MY girlfriend, YOUR sister, Uni called me over. Now if you'll excuse me, kindly tell me where Uni is and I'll be on my way." Said Alex in an urgent tone.

He knew prolonging a convo with Noire would only be disastrous due to a prior incident 2 years ago.

Noire, who also caught the memo for no more chatting, simply pointed in the general direction of Uni's room.

Alex thanked her and walked off to her room as Noire got simply blindsided by Alex even thanking her.

Though she immediately shrugged it off and went back to work.

Back with Alex, he made it to Uni's door.

Right before he knocked, some voodoo stuff happened as Uni spoke.

"I know your here."

"Were you stalking me?" Alex chuckled.

"I have no reason to stalk you. I trust that you can keep your hormones in your pants."

"You say that like I'm a womanizer."

"Well, I mean your Uncle kinda is one."

"Uncle Roy just likes to act that way. He isn't an actual womanizer."

"Just walk in."

Alex opened the door and walked into the room as he saw her.

"How's life been treating ya?"

"Average. Just been killing people I was assigned to kill, hanging around town, getting discriminated at every corner, and I feel like I'm forgetting one thing."

"The bounty hunters?"

"Ah yes! The lovely, LOVELY bounty hunters. They NEVER get old." Sarcastically said Alex as he sat on the bed next to Uni as she immediately moved next to him and leaned on his shoulder.

"I'm surprised your dumb sister let's this happen considering she hates me a ton."

"Alex. She doesn't hate you. She just has a hard time getting her feelings across."

"So what? You were the same when we first met."

"Yeah but I wasn't as insecure and as a perfectionist as she was."

"Yeah I guess your right."

"It'll take time but I know she'll come around to you like I did."

"Can we get back on topic?"

"I know I know. Just wanted to have a nice chat with my cute lover to ease my mood."

Alex signed at that cute remark.

"Don't call me that. I'm a man."

"Who's still 12."

"S-Shut it."

Uni had a small laugh and immediately rigged around in a drawer for what Alex assumed was the thing she wanted to show off.

Eventually, she grabbed something and dusted it off and showed it to Alex.

"W-What?"

"A book? You wanted to show me and old dusty book!?"

"Calm down! Look at the cover."

Alex listened to Uni's words as he indeed saw something on the cover.

It had bold text. But it wasn't English as the cover has this instead.

"管理者"

"Uh, what?"

"I had Noire examine it. She said the Japanese kanji perfectly translates into the word Admin."

"Admin? So, the book's called admin? As in administrator?"

"Yep."

"Alright. So, tell me exactly why knowing what it's called makes it more interesting?"

Uni threw the book at Alex suddenly as he caught it.

"Open and read it dumdum."

Alex opened the old dusty book to a random page, but suddenly it seemed as if the book's size expanded. Not only that, Alex also saw the words in the book being written in themselves.

And the words were EXACTLY what he was doing at that moment as the book said, "Alex reads the book of admin freaking out at how weird this is."

"What the hell!?"

"I know cool right!? When I first saw it, it was amazing!"

"Cool!? This is freaky! This is as if someone's stalking us and we found their log!"

"Oh come on. Ease up Alex."

"Kinda hard to right now Uni."

"Listen. Can you do me a solid and keep the book with you? Noire's to freaked out to let me keep it here and I don't want such an amazing find to go to waste."

Alex looked at her and sighed.

" Fine. Only cause it's you asking me."

"Awesome! I knew I can count on you!"

After saying their goodbyes, Alex left with the book and made it back to his apartment as he placed the book away safely.

Unknowingly, he had been watched by two pink haired woman.

"He has the book. My book." Said one of them.

"Be patient. It's only a matter of time before your reunited with him." Said the other.

The former sighed.

"Just you wait, Alex."
