His mind had went blank.

In just one second he was just talking to Himeko, the next he was suddenly out.

Alex just swore anything peaceful just had to always go wrong so quickly and it had happened yet again.

Alex eventually woke up again on a bed in a completely random room.

He assumed he was still on the ship as he ended up being correct because the moment he turned to his side, he saw Himeko in the bed with him. Naked, smiling, and blushing.

'Oh great. She's drunk in bed.' Thought Alex as she got dangerously close to his face.

"Give mama a kiss, sugar~." Said the drunken, sleeping Himeko as she got closer and closer to Alex's face

Alex was about to shove her away but suddenly a girl came in and immediately grabbed Himeko and stood her up.

"Geez. Your showing up drunk again on another person's bed Aunt HOmeko." Said the girl as Alex noticed how severely she had butchered her name.

The drunk Himeko just continued to gaze around half asleep so the girl just placed her on another bed in that room and helped Alex up.

"S-Sorry for knocking you out." She said

"Wait. It was you? The hell did you knock me out with?"

"I threw a gun."

Alex was shell shocked for a moment.

"Why would you throw a damn gun around!?'

"I-It wasn't meant for you!" She said as she pointed to Himeko. "It was meant for Aunt Himoko!"

'He butchered her name again.'

"I swear you weren't supposed to be hit! My aim was just off."

"Yeah. It was majorly off."

"What's that supposed to mean hub?"

The girl took offense to that.

"Nothing. Anyway, who are you?"

"I'm Kiana Kaslana! A soon to be amazing SSS Rank Valkyrja! I mean, I am from the famous Kaslana family after all! We're all natural born warriors who've been fighting the Honkai for generations! It's only obvious I'd be the best!"

"Yikes. You sound full of yourself. I sense massive amounts of big talk. All bark and no bite."

"H-How dare you! No one should talk down me and my legendary family! Especially not a SHORTY like you!"

Alex just looked at Kiana. No. Not just looked, but STARED at her.

"The FUCK, did you just say?" Said Alex.

Kiana would've continued on but thankfully she trust her judgement and didn't press forward on the initial conversation.

"N-Nothing. Anyways, why're you here? It's odd for a non valk to be here."

"According to Himeko, she kept bugging your principal Theresa so much to bring me here so Theresa caved and let me on."

Kiana nodded as eventually Himeko got sober and stood up completely fine.

"Ah. I see you've already acquainted yourself with Kiana."

"I'd say familiarized."

"That's fine enough with me. Anyways, Alex, I'd like you to spend the night on the ship."

"Hm? Why?"

"Tomorrow I plan to give you a mission with our Valks. We have a partnership so it's allowed."

Alex pondered this for a bit.

While yeah logically it wouldn't be smart to stay in a flying battleship you JUST boarded, nothing was inherently wrong here so why not?

"Fine. I'll stay."

"Wonderful. I'll go and tell Rita then."

"You know Rita?"

"Of courae. She's also a Valkyrja. Just doesn't work for us."

"Oh. Alright."

"Kiana. Go show Alex one of our guest rooms. I'm gonna go make the call to Rita.'

Himeko walked off as Kiana lead Alex down some hallways which passed by the dorm section of the battleship.

"Since your gonna stay here, I just have one request."

"What is it?"

"Don't get too chummy and friendly with Mei."

"W-What? Why not?"

"J-Just don't do it! A-Anyways, here's your room!" Said Kiana as they arrived outside his temporary room as Kiana stormed off.

"That, was weird." Said Alex to himself as he opened the door and entered the room.

The room was really light in color choice and decently high tech looking.

It also had a window below showing a nice view of the Lastaion Land.

Alex smiles knowing her could appreciate nature while akso avoiding the populus jackasses.

He got onto his bed and slowly closed his eyes fading away into sleep.

[The Nex Day]

Alex's peaceful sleep had unfortunately been stopped at about 6 AM as he was shook awake.

Alex groaned as he sat up only to shockingly see it was Bronya who had waken him up.

"Hm? Bronya? What the hell happened?"

"Subject Alex. The Bronya has come to infrom that a mission has been received for a group of 4. Subject Alex and The Bronya are 2 of that 4."

"Oh really? Well, thanks for waking me.'

Alex got up and took a few minutes to get ready until he was set and ready to go.

Bronya grabbed Alex's hand and lead him to the boarding area where they were set to leave.

They were the only ones there for now so Bronya sat on the floor and Alex sat next to her.

"The Bronya wonders something about Subject Alex."

"What is it?"

"Why didn't Subject Alex enter an orphanage. The Bronya along with Seele were both in an orphanage in Siberia."

"I, never got time to get admitted into one. Bradley accepted me only a week after the massacre."

Bronya nodded and looked back ahead. "The Bronya doesn't blame Subject Alex for what he did."

"Why not?"

"If The Bronya was in the same situation as Subject Alex, she would've done the same."

Alex smiled and also looked ahead.

The two waited for their two other teammates.

Though, the two were being watched secretly by Kiana, though, something was off.

She had a smile. A wicked smile.

Not only that, but her voice was, odd.

It was Kiana'a voice, but, a second voice was also speaking along with Kiana's.

"Seems as if Bronya is bonding very well. Well. I won't intrude. After all..."

There was one final thing off about Kiana.

Her eyes were no longer blue.

They were yellow.

Herrscher Yellow.

"Just you wait Alex. Soon we'll meet."
