"I want him dead... That person— all of them. Can you grant that?"

The old man in black hood scoffs. "Are you confident because you're a kid?" he asks.

"No, I don't want to get involve. I want them to die in a way that people won't see me as a suspect," the kid replied.

The old man turn to see the kid, bread-fluffy cheeks are flushed due to anger, small hands is turning into fist, and you can see in his glare how desperate he is.

"Kid, do you know the best way to kill someone? It's the nightmare. There won't be anyone involved it's just the person and their dreams. How about that?" the old man suggested.

"How can I do that, Mister?" the kid asks.

"Do you love dreaming?"

"Yes, I love it... it's the only way I can see my parents and we are happy," he replied in teary eyes.

The old man smiles at the kid and started gently patting his head. "Then, find them. Find those people you wanted to kill later when you sleep and then put them in a nightmare, can you do that?"

"Yes, I can... for my family."

Choi Soobin opens his eyes, the first thing he saw is the white ceiling and the fluorescent lights on it. He felt warm tears escaping from his eyes and he slowly wipes it. He looked beside him and he saw Yeonjun's still in that state. Then the door opens and he saw Kai walking towards him with coffee on his hand.

"Soobin! You're awake! Hey! Where did you go, huh? Why didn't you wake up right away!?" Kai exclaimed and hug Soobin.

"I'm fine," Soobin just replied.

"That again! No! You are not! We need to stop this, you need to have surgery this instant!" Hueningkai firmly said.

Soobin purses his lips and looked at Yeonjun, "When's the next eclipse?" he asked instead.

"In three days, Solar eclipse," Hueningkai answered. "What are you planning?"

"I know now how to take him back. In three days... he'll wake up," Soobin stated.

"Soob in three days you might die already!"

"Hueningkai," Soobin called him and hold the other's hand. "I won't die. How many times should I tell you that?"

"I-I'm... I'm just worried. I'm sorry. I'm sorry," he apologized. "I trust you but... but I'm just really worried for you," he cries.

Soobin hushes, "I'm sorry for making you worried. I'll be fine. One last time. Just one last time and I'll end this neatly."

Dr. Kim appeared together with Dr. Park. "Soobin!" Dr. Kim called him. "You're doing great! You are doing well! Choi Yeonjun's brain shows gamma waves and it's coming from his hypothalamus and he's releasing hormones called dopamine which also means the happy hormone!" he exclaimed. "You're going to take him back now, right?"

Soobin smiles for a second and vaguely remembered how Yeonjun smiles in that dream. "Right... he was really happy."

Choi Yeonjun has been walking around in circles, teleporting from one place to another in case Soobin is just around his dreams but he can't find him. How many hours have passed already or maybe days? He doesn't know.

He went back to the hill and started folding paperplanes and shoots it up on the sky. It stays in the air; he's still really in his dreams and there's no doubt on that. He sighs, shoulders falls down, feeling lonely for some reason.

"Choi Soobin where are you?" he muttered. "Should I look for him? No, how can I do that?" he argues to himself. "Argh! I don't care! Let's just try."

He closes his eyes and thinks of Soobin while praying, wishing, and hoping to all sorts of saints that he'll enter Soobin's world. He keeps on doing that for more hours but he doesn't care. He focused, he calms himself and just tried to open a lot of doors that's inside his head, finding Soobin' world.

Yeonjun open his eyes and he felt a really heavy atmosphere. He gasped when he saw where he is and he started looking around. "You're joking. Where am I? Am I lost?" he muttered and walks around. "Just how many apocalypses happened in here?" he added while.

Yeonjun saw how ruined the place is and it's keeping on crashing down. There are no signs of living, even the air is thin. It seems like a ghost city, a really abandoned one.

This is Soobin's world. This is how empty it is in here.

Yeonjun suddenly felt guilt. He thought Soobin doesn't understand what he's feeling to be alone and wrecked but here he is witnessing how dead Soobin's world is his own dream.

He continued walking across the empty streets where twigs and other plants started to dominate. He stared at the empty, rusty and broken cars and shook his head. As if a great war happened in this city.

As he continues looking around he heard some voices and they are laughing. He walks towards where it's coming then he got surprise to see that specific people laughing together that looks like a family. "Where did I saw these people again..." he started to think but his attention grabs by a moving person from afar.

Yeonjun runs to follow that man who's wearing almost all black that really looks like Soobin's feature. "Hey! Choi Soobin!" he called while almost running and the man in hoodies pauses. "Where have you been, huh? I've been waiting for you!" he whines and pants a little after running.

The man whom he thought Soobin started to turn around and their eyes meet. Before Yeonjun could speak another word, someone grabs his arm and Yeonjun's eyes widen when he saw Soobin dragging him. "H-hey! What the hell is this!?" he yelled in confusion.

"Take me to your world, this instant!" Soobin ordered in a dead serious voice.

"I-I don't know—"

"Do it!"

Yeonjun aggressively closes his eyes and think of teleporting back to his world and they both did. He pulled back his arm from Soobin and he frowns. "What in the world was that!?" he exclaimed.

Soobin remained silent and avoided Yeonjun's gaze. Yeonjun speaks again, "Hey, Choi Soobin. Where have you gone, huh? You suddenly disappear! You said we're going to figure out things together and you suddenly left me alone?" he frowns.

"I'm sorry, something urgent happen," Soobin apologized and sighs. "I need to talk to you seriously, Yeonjun."

They found themselves at Yeonjun's place— the terrace that's above the clouds. "What's really happening in here?" Yeonjun asks.

"Dr. Kim, you know him?" Soobin started and Yeonjun nods. "He hired me to look for you inside a dream because he wants you to wake up already. Me, on the other hand, needs money. To be honest, I'm sick. I have coronary artery disease, specifically spontaneous coronary artery dissection or SCAD. In which there's a tear in my artery that causes a blockage of blood flow. Since it's related to heart, kinda sound serious, right? Well it is, one cardiac arrest and I'm dead," he chuckles.

Soobin continued, "I don't have a family that will support me about this. Actually, before they all died, they didn't know I have this disease. So, I started accepting request about lucid dreaming even the bad ones just for my surgery, it causes so much. And this is the last request I'm going to do because after this or during doing this, I might die. If I happen to take you back, Dr. Kim will pay all of my surgery expenses and medication. That's why I'm eager to take you back."

Yeonjun gasps, suddenly out of words. He felt his heart aching for some reason and he feels himself crying. "Y-you should have told me about it from the start, punk," he reacted. "Why? Are you afraid, I'll pity you or something?"

"No," Soobin shook his head. "I'm just confident I can take you back without mentioning it... but somehow, I wanted you to know... just in case," Soobin replied.

"In case of what!? Idiot," Yeonjun whines and looked from afar. "I'm sorry... I tired you out, is that why you suddenly disappeared? I'm really sorry about it and I'm sorry again because I don't really have any idea how to come back," Yeonjun apologized.

"I'll handle it," Soobin assured. "How about you tell me about yourself too?" he suggested.

"Me? I'm an only child, my parents got divorced, and I left behind because they are all busy with business such. Then I found out I can lucid dream and that's how I survived the lonely reality of mine. The last night I dreamt there's an eclipse that happened then I don't know I just found myself in here," he explained.

"How about you and Beomgyu?" Soobin asks.

"Beomgyu... a great friend," Yeonjun just replied.

"You like Beomgyu, right?" Soobin suddenly throws and Yeonjun got surprise by it. "But since he's your friend, he rejected you and then got his boyfriend which is Kang Taehyun," he continued.

"Hey! How did you know that?" Yeonjun asked in curiosity. "Did he tell you about it?"

"No," Soobin answered. "The first time I saw the two, I saw they have couple bracelet then when I went to your room, I saw an exact bracelet in your shelf. Then while reading some letters that Beomgyu said came from your schoolmates, I noticed that most of the handwriting is the same and I thought that those letters are from you and you wanted to give it to Beomgyu, right? And lastly, I found a book that has a paperplane on it—"

"No way! You read it!?" Yeonjun interrupted.

"I needed to know your whereabouts, that's why," Soobin reasoned. "The paperplane has a handwritten line in there saying "I wish I can love you without any boundaries, my best bud." And on the book there's a highlighted line saying, "See me on the land where I am the happiest." That's when I really confirmed that you're in your dream," he explained.

"Whoa," Yeonjun reacted. "You're so smart. You really found me here."

"I'm just good at observing, maybe," Soobin replied. "And I already figure out how you're going to come back."

"Really!? How?" Yeonjun exclaimed.

Soobin stands up and went on the railings, a paperplane appears on his hand and he stared at it. "Aren't you feeling sad seeing thousands of paperplanes you have at the sky?" he suddenly asks.

Yeonjun stands up and went beside him, stares at Soobin and that's the first time he realizes Soobin's face is actually beautiful. "No, why'd you ask? They are beautiful, actually."

"Your paperplanes getting stuck above means you're in a dream, right? Because paperplanes in reality always falls down," he stated and raised his hand where the paper is and shoots it out. "Deep inside, you're just waiting for them to fall down," he continued and looked at Yeonjun. "Right?"

"You never failed to amaze me, Soobin," Yeonjun said and smiles. Slowly walking towards Soobin, decreasing the gaps between them. "Thank you for finding the lost me, Soobin."

"It's because I need to," Soobin reasoned and he felt Yeonjun's hand on his check. "Are you going to kiss me?"

"I don't know? It feels like I need to," Yeonjun said, mind's hazy.

"If you'll kiss me, will it make you happy?"

"Let's find out."

And Yeonjun planted a kiss on Soobin's lips. Without any reason, without any hesitation. Yeonjun who's feeling alone for years found someone he can be with. Soobin who's having arrhythmia feels like finally found calmness on every beat.

Suddenly, love started.
