The beat made me spin on the dance floor. The crowd pressed close, then closer. The music had drawn more people onto the dance floor then ever before. I bumped into heaps of people until I found a partner. We danced and danced. It wasn't until the sun started to rise that the club began to close. People left and the space around began the clear. My partner didn't realise how late it was till I stopped dancing and headed toward the door. My partner followed as I knew they would. I smiled quietly.
