After a few minutes, in which Buck couldn't held Eddies hand, because so many docters and nurses ran around the poor boy, the docter, who stood right next to him explained, that Eddie will be brought up to a patients room in a few minutes. He also asked Buck a few more questions about Eddie and after Buck told him, that Eddie has a son, who is in school at the moment, he promised, that somebody will take care of Christopher. Buck gave the docter the number of Carla. Then, without recognizing everything that happened around him, he went to Eddie, sat down at the bed edge and took Eds hand. A smile came over their lips, when Eddie opened his eyes and saw Buck. Buck leaned down and kissed Eddie. He wanted to show him, that he always take care of him and will always be his boyfriend. "Don't do this again, Eddie. You scared the hell outta me.", Buck told him. "I know. You screamed through the hole ER, that you love me. I think, that was meaningful enouth.", Eddie grinned back. "I didn't. I screamed, that you are my boyfriend, not that I love you. Don't get imagine things." Buck kissed Eddie again. "I hate you", Eddie announced teasingly.

After they brought Eddie in his room, the nurse, who Buck yelled at before, came into the room, with some equipment for examening. She smiled, when she saw the two men kissing. "Sorry, for interrupting you, but your boyfriend promised me, that I could examine him now." "Of course, Ma'm.", Eddie answered. Buck rolled his eyes. "I told you I'm fine. But If you want this so badly, I do not want to dissuade you from it." Buck replyed, while sitting down at the free bed. The only other one in the room. The nurse, who introduced herself as Laura and explained, that she isn't a nurse, but an assistant docter, examined Buck from head to toe. 

After she finished everything she told Buck, that she will get the senior docter now, to proof her diagnosis. After the senior docter also determined, that Buck had a mild smoke poisoning, they gave him oxygen and some medecine, but also some wounds on Arms and legs were taken care of.

The next day Christopher and Carla visited the two guys at the hospital. Buck got the bed next to Eddie and they pushed them toghether, to have just one big bed. When Chris opened the door and saw that, he asked Carla to pick her up, to put him between his dad and Buck. Carla just raised an eyebrow, layed down Chris, between his Dad and Buck and watched the scenery amused. They greated each other and Eddie explained her, how long they had to stay here at least. After that Buck started to talk: "Carla, would you mined to leave us alone a few minutes? We want to talk to Christopher." "Of course.", she answered: "Are you thirsty? I can bring you some coffee or just water. Whatever you want." "That's sweet", Eddie began "But I think the nurses take care of us. Maybe you could buy Christopher something sweet from the Cafe." "Shure", Carla replyed and left. 

When the door was closed Eddie started the conversation: "Okay, so Chris, you don't have to be afraid or something, we just want to talk with you about us. All right?" "Okay, Dad.", Chris answered in his sweet way. His eyes lit as usual. Buck talked further: "That's cool, Bud. You know, your Daddie and I, we like each other pretty much." "I know, your best friends.", Chris replyed, while looking in Bucks eyes. "That's right, but we noticed, that we like each other even more, than just best friends.", Eddie raised his voice. "So you love each other?" "Right. I love your dad and your dad loves me. We want to be a couple, but If you don't like that, we wouldn't do it. So it's your decicion to make, if you are fine with it, or if Eddie and I just stay good friends", Buck explained to Chris. "Of course I am fine with it. If you are happy, I am too." Eddie smiled at his son, then at Buck. Buck happily smiled back. Chris announced: "You can kiss each other now." The three began to laugh out loud. Buck leaned to Eddie and kissed him shyly.

This chapter is a little longer, than the last ones. I think there will be only two or three more chapters. Than my shortstoy will find it's end. But I will write another Buddie story. Maybe that time a little longer. Take care of yourself and #stayathome
