Sodapop was getting ready for a date with you. This was the first date so he was super nervous.

"What should I wear? I have to look good for y/n" Sodapop said as he walked out of the bathroom with a towel around his hips.

"Just wear a nice shirt. Maybe that one black one you have" Darry said from behind the newspaper he was reading.

"Hey, you gotta wear pants, too, buddy. I hear there's a law or something about that" Steve said as he ate the chocolate cake he had in his hands.

"Okay yeah" Soda said nodding his head. "I just hope I look good enough for her"
