You and Brian had the biggest crushes on each other. Basically everyone knew that you two liked each other except for the two of you.

"Hey y/n" Brian said shyly as he came and sat down beside you while you guys were in detention.

"Hey Brian" you said happily that your crush was talking to you.

"So um... the weather today huh?" Brian asked making you let out a small giggle. You loved how awkward Brian was.

"It's some pretty good weather" you said nodding your head. Brian let out a chuckle.

"Soo... I was wondering after detention if maybe you would want to, I don't know, go to a movie?" Brian asked clearly nervous. You started to blush as you got very excited.

"I would love to go to a movie" you said happily.

"Great can't wait" Brian said happily as well before getting up and walking back to his original seat. He sat down and hit himself on his arm as a small 'great job' to himself. He rested his head on his hand and smiled excited for detention to be over.
