We were all standing at the sandlot as we watched Benny put on a new pair of PF Flyers. We all knew what he was about to do and how dangerous it was.

"Wait Benny" I said as I walked towards my boyfriend. "Please don't, it's too dangerous. The Beast could really hurt you."

"I have to do this, y/n" Benny said as he looked back at the fence. I looked down trying to hid my worried face which Benny must have seen anyways. He walked towards me and pulled me into a hug.

"I'll be okay. I have to help Smalls out with this problem. I promise I'll make it back in one piece" Benny said into my hair. I sighed as we let go from the hug.

"Be careful" I said as I reached up and gave him a peck on the lips. I walked back to where the other boys were and watched as my boyfriend jumped the fence, praying that everything would turn out okay.
