A/N: y/I = Your instrument

August, 21st 1982

Your POV:

I was walking around in New York looking for a music store when I saw one and so I walked in and went to y/I section and finally found what I was looking for. When I looked up and I saw an adorable guy with dark curly hair and a big smile talking to th cashier with some drum equipment as he turned around he bumped into me and he apologized and I said "it's alright" and continued on his way and I pay for my stuff and leave for my apartment.

                         
                        
                      ******Time skip because I am a lazy mf******

I get to my apartment and I get ready to go to a show at hammerhead a night club in west islip that  my friend and roommate y/f/n wants to go to see a band called Twisted sister and she is friends with the bassist I think she said his name was Mark I'm not sure but she said I would like them so I will give them a shot but I hope they aren't disco because I am not a big fan of disco. I am sitting on the couch channel surfing but thinking about the guy I bumped in to at the music shop and waiting for y/f/n  and she comes out and says "ready to go?" I turn off the tv and say "yup let's go" we get in the car  we drive to hammerheads.

                                      ******another time skip******

The show just finished and they were killer and y/f/n asks "so you want to meet them?" And I respond "sure" and she drags me back and she knocks on a blue door and a deep voice asks "who is it?" And y/ f/n just rolls her eyes and says "it's y/f/n and my roommate y/n" and another voice says "come on in"and y/f/n opens the door to see 5 men taking off the make up and Mark gets up and gives y/f/n a hug and he says "you must be y/n I'm mark" and he sticks his hand out to shake and I shake it  I say "yup that's me and I see the guy I saw at the music store and I kinda smiled and y/f/n introduced them and turns out his name is A.J so I sit down on the couch and listen to their conversations and all of a sudden I hear "so that's your name" I turn and look for who said that and I see A.J he then said "at the music shop I bumped in to you, I was wondering your name but I was to nervous to ask" and I smiled at him and replied "I remember you" And he smiled and says "I was hoping you did" and as finishes getting ready to leave we continue to talk and laugh and as he is about to leave pull out my pen and find a napkin and write down my number and hand it to him and say "call me sometime" and he grins at me and says "I will"he gets into his vehicle and drives away and y/f/n asks "did you just give A.J your number?" And I look at her and say "what's it to ya" and he shakes her head smiling and says "I kinda figured you two would get along"and we go to the car and head back to our apartment to sleep.
