Remington's POV:

"He's my brother. I'm not trying to lose him because he can't understand how serious things can be. If he told you everything, you must know he's tried to kill himself." Sebastian spoke without an ounce of regret.

I bit my lip and looked down as Andy looked over at me before looking back my brother.

"Look, I don't care what he did in the past. Sure, that can be a issue later on but this," Andy motioned to all of us, "this isn't helping is case. He's stressed out. It's not going to help him later on."

"He's autistic. He can't understand anything that's going on." Sebastian spoke which made me upset.

"What do you mean!? I can understand exactly what's going on. I don't understand why you keep trying to ruin my life though! You make everything worse for me! I love you, I will always love you because you're my brother but this is stressful for me... I'm put on multiple medications just to make sure I can come here and actually do something right for once..."

Andy put his arm around me which gave me some comfort. I leaned into his touch and relaxed a little. I did the deep breathing that I learned to do when I was younger and calmed down enough that I wasn't going to have a panic attack if they started talking again.

"Can you just go home..? I don't want you here any longer... I just wanted to see you for the day. That's all." 

Sebastian sighed and nods. "Yeah, we're going home soon. I only came because I figured you'd be here. I want you to know that I care about you and we'll see you when you come home for the break."

I nod and look at Andy. He smiled softly at me which made me feel better. "Okay...I'll see you both in a few weeks... seeing as school is already almost out."

"Okay, I'll tell Emerson you're in class... have fun."

I nod and watch as he leaves. I look back at Andy and then the door. "I'm going to go to class...I need time to just... relax... sorry."

"It's okay. I'll see you later?"

I nod and smile. "I'll come back for lunch... is it okay with I bring Ron, Hermione, Draco, and Harry?"

Andy nods with a smile. "If you want."

I smile again and kiss him. He kissed me back and pulled me closer. "Go, don't be late to class and get detention." He kissed my head and pushed me to the door. I laugh softly and walk out to Potions. 

The day went on like normal until Lunch. I already invited everyone to Andy's class so when Lunch started, I headed straight there after getting the food. When I get there, no one else was there yet. Andy was sitting at his desk reading a potions book. I walked over to him and put the plate of food on one of the desks along the way. 

"Hey, how were your classes?" He says with a smile once I'm in front of him. 

"They were okay." 

Andy moved the book to his desk and pulled me onto his lap so I was straddling him. He pulled me close and kissed me. I smiled and kissed him back. His hands were on my waist while one of mine was on his shoulder and the other was holding his cheek. 

Andy pulled away slowly and smiled at me. He kissed my nose and then turned to the door when it opened. I stayed on his lap and leaned closer to him, not wanting to get off. Andy on the other had was trying to get me off without being rude.

"Oh..." Harry spoke softly as he saw me. 

He smirked and laughed before sitting down. Draco sat next to him while Ron and Hermione sat at the desk in front of them. I got up and sat with them. We all ate and whispered about everything going on in Hogwarts before Draco motioned to Andy.

"So...you and Andy... What's going on there?" He whispered. 

Hermione giggled and looked at me.  "They're dating, can't you tell?"

I blushed and looked down. "Yeah... uh, we are. Although I don't know how couples act... we've only kissed a few times on the lips but he treats me like a little kid."

Ron shrugs. "He doesn't treat you like a little kid. I think he treats you pretty well."

"Maybe... I slept with him yesterday. It was nice."

Harry coughed and looked at me confused. "What!?"

I looked at them confused. "What do you mean what? I slept with him. It's pretty self explanatory."

"He can get fired, Remington. He's 18!" Hermione whisper shouted at me. 

"What do you mean? I know he's 18 but I'm also 16. I can choose what I want. Plus, it's just sleeping with him, it's not like I did anything else."

"Remington, do you not know what that means?" Draco laughed softly.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, it does mean what you're thinking. Just sleeping in his bed but it also means you had sex with him. I don't think you did, seeing as you're not an anxious mess around him but yeah, you have to be careful with your words."

"What do you say then?"

"I mean, anything you say will most likely cause people to think that you both had sex but if you just don't say anything, it's okay. You really don't want to tell people about your personal life."

"Well, yes. I know... I wasn't going to. I trust you guys though... and you saw me on his lap so...well, y'know."

Harry smiled and nods. "Yeah. I get it. I'm happy for you two though."

I smiled and look over at Andy who was back to reading the potions book. I looked over at Draco and then my eyes wondered to Harry. "What about you two?" Draco shook his head and motioned for me to stop but at the time, I didn't understand him and continued. "Are you two dating yet?"

"What? No? Why would we be dating? I don't see Draco in that way." Harry chuckled softly. Draco looked over at him and then me. Harry looked at Draco and then me and then gasped. "Oh... I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to -"

"What the hell Remington. I'm going to class."

"Wait! No, I didn't know it wasn't going anywhere! I'm sorry!" Andy looked from his book and I whine. "Wait, please. Draco." I got up and was about to go over to him but he turned around with his wand at in his hand and pointing it at my chest.

"Take a step closer and I will use my wand."

Andy was quick to act though. "Expelliarmus." Draco's wand goes flying and he glares.

"Get you're boyfriend under control."

"He's not a dog..." I mumble. Draco runs out of the room upset. I look at Andy and glare at him. "Why did you do that!?"

"What? You wanted him to hit you? Love, calm down please. Can you please talk -"

I pushed him. "Because of you, he probably hates me now! Because of you! I hate you!"

"Hey... Remington, maybe don't say that." Harry spoke softly.

"Hey. Leave him. I got this." Andy spoke to Harry and motioned for the door. They all left after trying to not cause more issues. "Babe, look, I didn't-"

"No! You didn't think about it! He's a kid too! You're so stupid!"

Andy looked stressed but tried not to show it too much. "Babe, calm down. You don't mean that. He's not upset with you, I promise."

"Leave me alone! I mean, of course I do! You just ruined my life with my friends!"

"Baby, come here." Andy tried to hold he in his arms but I pushed him away again and smacked his chest.

"You ruined my life! I hate you!" Tears were already spilling from me eyes. "I never want to see you again."

"You don't mean that..." Andy mumbled.

"Yes! YES I DO!"

I backed up and wiped my eyes. I look down at my plate and noticed that I didn't touch it once. I didn't care though, I just wanted to leave. I walked to the door but was immediately stopped by Andy when I heard him move. I knew his wand was up. I turned around with my hand at my side where my wand sat. I glared at him and pulled my wand out too. Before he had the chance to say anything, I casted a spell. One I wasn't expecting to use in my life.

"Imperio." I spoke while moving my wand up, left, up diagonally to the right, then straight down, casting the curse.

He seemed to be out of it once the curse hit him. I could see it in his eyes that he was trying to resist it. He raised his wand him again and spoke before the curse finally took over him. "Exhilaro.."

Before I could prosses what he said, it hit me and my tears immediately stopped. The curse was lifted from him and I was overwhelmed with happiness. Andy sighed as he looked at me. I smiled at him and then looked at the door before looking back at him.

"What's going on here..?"
