Aera looks at taehyung, her heart says to believe him. She's shocked to see him in crying.
Taehyung wipes his tears and about to shoot other man, but before a huge gun shot heard in mansion.

everyone turned to the voice and

"AERAAAAA "

Aera got the bullet.

FLASHBACK

When taehyung kill that man, and he was about to shoot another man but before he will kill. The another signalled to the man who is lying on floor whom hobi shoot him on leg. The lying man take the gun. He was lying behind taehyung so taehyung also didn't noticed. Then the lying man shoot taehyung but the another man who was beside aera, he push aera towards the gun point and taehyung saved but aera got the bullet.

FLASHBACK ENDS.

Taehyung quickly comes and takes aera in his arms. Everyone come. Aera was got shoot on her chest. She was half conscious. Everyone gets panicked

Taehyung: hyung take the car *he shouts*

Jin nodded and quickly take the car others also followed.

In car

Taehyung: please aera open your eyes. We're going to hospital. You'll be fine*he said while crying*

He was not believing what he saw. From starting he was crying and now he's crying very badly.

Taehyung: please don't close your eyes love. We're reaching hospital.

After 15 minutes they reached hospital, and taehyung called doctor and aera is taken to operation theatre. Others also arrived.

Before going aera was still half conscious.

Aera: un...unnies *she smiles sadly then look at taehyung who was crying badly*

He looked at her, their eyes met. She was just smiled sadly and doctors take her to operation theatre.

Her sisters are crying very badly.

Tina: unnie will be alright na? *sobbing*
Hazle: shh shh.. aera will be alright soon . *she said while crying*

They're crying and the boys also crying. 

The boys tried to calm taehyung but he's just lost in his thoughts. He remember everything with her, how he treats her, how he abuse her, how she begged , how they both was friends when taehyung was acting in starting to be nice with her. He close his eyes, only her face is coming. He flinched when he heard his brothers voice.

Jin: taehyungah. Don't cry. She'll be alright

Namjoon: yes your wife is strong.

Taehyung: *sadly chuckles* wife? Did I ever treats her like wife hyung? See she's inside because of me. *sob* hyung she get shot here *he points towards his heart*

Jimin: shh taehyung she'll be fine. We'll make it up with them. Okay?

The brothers tries to calm him down.

Taehyung: I'm okay hyung. Go and be with your wives. They need you.

They nodded and went to their wives.

Namjoon hugged nia who is crying

Namjoon: don't cry nia it's okay.She'll be fine. *he patted her back*

Jin also hug jia and whisper sootjing words to her

Others also does the same.

Other side, aunt was calming taehyung who was still crying badly.

Aunt: taehyungah stop crying you'll get sick then who will take care of her? You know taehyung aera is so strong. I see her. She'll fight everything strongly. Now stop crying and pray for her.

After sometimes doctor arrive

Everyone went towards doctor

Taehyung: doc..Doctor how is she?

Doctor: Mr kim, she loss her lots of blood. We can't say anything now. Just wait for sometimes.

Taehyung clenched his fist in anger.

Taehyung:*he holds doctor's collar* THEN WHY YOU BECOME DOCTOR? WHO CAN'T SAVE A PATIENT.  IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MY WIFE, I'LL BURN THIS YOUR HOSPITAL. OR I'LL KILL YOU. MARK MY WORDS. *he shouts*

Aunt: taehyung calm down they're doing their work.

She free doctor from taehyung. The doctor went inside the operation theatre.

After sometimes again the doctor comes and said,
Doctor: Mr kim, we're really sorry. As your wife loss lots of blood. But for her badluck her blood is not there in our hospital. I asked the others which near to us. But unfortunately no one have that blood group.

Taehyung: *confused* what do you mean? How could you say that easily it's village or what? Wait wait She have her 6 sisters. 

He turned towards the sister to saw only their sad and crying faces

Taehyung: noonas what he is saying? Aera?... blood? You have that blood right? Then...

Everyone is looking at sisters confusely because they expect the sisters will come and gives their blood but no what made them more shock was

They didn't even utter a single word.

Taehyung: noonas I'm talking with you!!

Still no response

Aunt: girls, he's asking something. You have all same blood na, then what's the problem?

Jia: this is the main problem *she burst into tears more*

Everyone looked each other not understanding what she is saying.

Taehyung: wh...what do you me..mean?

Nia: yeah "aera is not our sister"

Everyone looked each other in shocked.

Taehyung: noona what are you even saying?

Hazle: she is right. She is not our real sister. Appa adopted her.

The boys and aunt was in a big shock. They can't believe what's they heard.

Aunt: so, it means she's not Mr lee daughter. *she whisper*

Taehyung was in huge shock not believing what he's listening. He thought without knowing anything how much he hurt her when she's not the daughter of Mr lee. His body filled with guilt. But he want to know the full truth. But its not the right time.

Jimin: I mean how Mr lee adopted her.? Where is her real parents?

Taehyung: it's not the right time to discuss this jimin. We want that blood donator now.

He turned to doctor who was standing all the time and asked

Taehyung: what's her blood group?

Doctor: O- (O negative)

Everyone's mouth opened in shocked. Because that's a very rare blood group.

Doctor: it's very rare blood group Mr kim. But we want that any cost. Then only we would save her. And I asked nearly by hospitals also and unfortunately they also don't have that blood group. So arrange in 4 hour.

He said and left.

Taehyung was speechless. He don't k ow what to do. He's helpless now. Where could he found that blood.

Jungkook: hyung don't worry we'll arrange somehow.

Taehyung: *sobbing* how could Jungkook.  We have just 4 hours. Didn't you heard what doctor says. He asked almost most of the hospitals in seoul but still he can't find *he crying badly *

Yoongi: don't lose hope taehyung. We'll send our mens and announce in public.

Taehyung: I'm not wasting even a single second for my love. I'm leaving. And I promise I'll find the blood donator and I'll save my wife.

Saying this he left

Jin: he is right. So we also have to go to different different place to find. Okay?

Everyone nodded
They 6 member left with their mens. And only girls and aunt are in hospital.

The sisters look at taehyung surprised when he was to worried for aera. And when he always mention love.

Time skips

Everyone was separately finding but got no use. It's almost 2 hours finished and the sisters are worried..

Taehyung who went towards a village. He went to the hospital which was not big. First he hesitate to enter inside, he thought how could he found that in this small hospital, but still he have to do for his wife. He enter and search for someone to ask.

After sometimes he went towards the nurse and tell everything. He's waiting for that nurse reply. After checking the laptop, the nurse looked up with smile on her face and said.

Nurse: congratulations Mr. We have found one blood donator for you.

Taehyung happiness has no boundaries. He was smiling while tears are falling from his eyes.

Taehyung: thank u so much thank u. I'll pay how much you wanted.

The nurse just nodded and called the person. After sometimes,  a young man around his 20s comes and bows to taehyung.  After doing all formalities, the man gives his blood and taehyung thanks that boy multiple times and took that blood. its 1 hour more to go. The village hospital is far from city hospital in which aera is admitted. Atleast he want 2 hours for travelling.

Taehyung come outside from that hospital and quickly start his car and drove off.  He is driving in full speed. Not caring about road, anythings. And suddenly rain starts pouring.  He is driving like no tomorrow.

And in the other hand, the sisters was damn worried. Now they have only 30 minutes to left. Doctor also came asked many times but they didn't found that.

Aunt also many times called the boys, but they didn't take the call as rain starts, their network also stops working.

After 15 minutes the doctor comes and asked again

Doctor: so ms. The patient's condition is getting worse. You didn't arrange the blood yet. And we are sorry if we can't save the patient. 

But before he could speak a voice stopped him

Taehyung:  I GOT THE BLOOD.

everyone turned to the voice and saw drenched taehyung. Automatically a smile form on their faces.

The doctor quickly takes the blood and went operation theatre.

Times skips

After 4 hours, the doctor come and said with a smile

Doctor: so Mr kim, your wife is out of danger now. We removed bullet from her body. And what's miracle is thankfully her heart is on her right side. So the bullet goes on her left chest.  We successfully done her operation.

Taehyung who was crying silently, stands up and bowed to doctor while crying.
Taehyung: thank u doctor, thank u soo much. I don't know how to thank u.

Doctor: it's okay Mr kim.amd thanks to you that you bring blood on right time.

Saying this doctor left.

Others also happy and hugged each other. Taehyung was beyond happy. He hugged aunt in happiness. The sisters also notice each and every action of him.

Time skips

The nurse comes out and said.

Nurse: the patient is wake up. Now you can meet her. But don't disturb her.

Aunt nodded

Aunt: let's go

Taehyung: no aunt, First let her sisters enter.

Aunt: okay then I'm also going.

The sisters slowly enter the room, and saw aera is lying on bed staring at ceiling. She is looking pale and more band aids are wrapping on her body inside the dress. After seeing them, she tried to sit

Nia: hey its okay. You're not fine. Sleep.

Aera: no unnie I'm fine *she said in weak voice*

The all come and sit on couch. They all have teary eyes.

Jigna: aera you scared us.

Jia: aish. See she is fine now. She's stronger you know na.

Aera chuckles.

Iseul: you wanna eat something? Should I bring?

Aera: no unnie I'm not hungry.

Hazle: you have to take full rest aera. Doctor strictly said.

Aera nodded

Tina: you're okay na unnie? You know how much I got worried and tensed. *she said while crying like a child *

Aera: *chuckles * aish my little baby. See your unnie is fine now.

But she is thinking something inside.

Her thoughts interrupted when aunt enter.

Aunt: aera daughter? You okay na?

Aera nodded.

Aunt: thank god. Should I bring soup for you?

Aera: no aunt. I'm not hungry yet *she said while smiling *

Aunt: okay okay take rest. Hmm? If u want anything just tell us.
She nodded

After sometimes everyone left as nurse said not to disturb her. She was in her deep thoughts about taehyung.

Then suddenly door knocks

She slowly said "come in"

As she was looking down, she didn't notice who came. After sometimes She hear

Taehyung: aera

She flinched and try to get up.
Taehyung: it's okay. You don't have to sit. *he said calmly*

She didn't answered anything. Just looked away. Taehyung also don't know what to say her, he was silently crying seeing her in this state. He was looking down to hide his tears. Aera also didn't utter a word. She was in her thoughts, how he slapped her, how he treats her. Everything which he done to her. At last  when their enemies attack how he cried when he saw her in between guns. Still she remember when she was half conscious she heard him calling her "love".  She was crying. Taehyung noticed that. His heart clenched seeing her.

Taehyung: take ca...care *he stuttered while sobbing*

Saying this he left.

Taehyung pov

I ran away from  the room. I can't able to face her. I can't see her like this. She is in this state because of me. Only me. I crossed my limits towards her. I wish I didn't marry her. She will be living her life peacefully. I wish we find other way to destroy Mr lee. I'm regretting. I regret everything now. Only guilt is rushing in my body.

Aera pov

Why he came here? Now what he want now? And why he is crying? He's the one who said me to die. Then why he's crying. And why he called me love. I still not believing. Whatever it is I will never forgive him. He makes my life hell. And I'm confused. I know i loss lots of blood. And of course my blood group is rare. Then how i survived. I want answers.

Time skips

Doctor: only one or two attender is allowed. Others can go home.

Aunt: I'll stay.
Taehyung: I'll stay aunt.
Nia: no no I'll stay with my sister.
Jigna: you all can go home. Me and nia unnie will be stay here.
Jia,iseul, hazle,tina: but I also want to stay.

Aunt: *chuckles * didn't you guys heard what doctor said. Me and nia will stay.

Taehyung: but I want to stay aunt.
Jia: no taehyung. You can go home now.
Taehyung: but-
Nia: aishh fine, me and taehyung will stay.  Aunt you have to take rest. You can go. I'll manage here.

Jia: what if aera don't like around taehyung? *she whisper to nia*

Iseul: don't forget he is the one who bring blood for our aera. *she whisper back*

Nia: let him stay.

Everyone agreed, and others go back to home while taehyung and nia stayed in hospital.
