"So, what's up?" I make the first question and he blushes while he looks at his tea, smiling.

"I moved back in Ireland last year.It was a decision I made with my girlfriend. I hadn't planned moving back but we both needed a change -"

"A girlfriend huh?" I cut him off and he smiles at my question.

"Yes. We've been together for three years. But she's my fiance now, not my girlfriend." My lips curl up in a smile and he looks at me with pride. "We're getting married in two months. That's why I came here." He takes a sip of his tea and  flinches as the hot liquid burns his tongue. I laugh and he gives me a deadly glare. I laugh harder and then his facade breaks and he chuckles.

"You came here because you're getting married? Your wedding is going to be in Manchester?"

"Oh, no, no." He waves his hand in front of my face, as if he can't see from the steam. "I came here for a couple of days to sign the contracts for selling my house. I already found someone who wants it, so I came here to finish the details." He gulps his tea and speaks again. "We needed some extra money for the wedding and we didn't need the house. Voilà." He makes a gesture with his hands and I nod, understanding his intentions.

"So, where is the 'soon to be' Mrs. Horan?"

"Oh, she's back in Dublin. She has a lot to take care of."

"I see. I'm very proud of you. I'm happy that you finally found your match." I pat him in the shoulder and he shrugs.

"I guess it was meant to be. So let's talk about you." He wiggles his brows and I look at him, mentally questioning myself, how old he is.

"Nothing new." I shrug. "I work at the bowling center in the evenings, I stay at the same flat, I'm suffering from insomnia..." I scratch my chin, trying to think of another thing about myself but I fail miserably. "That's it." I say and he looks at me like I have tree heads or something.

"Come on, isn't there any special lady?" He asks desperate and I groan at his question.

"Sometimes you act like you don't know me. I refuse to be with someone just because I feel lonely, or I have nothing better to do. I'm waiting for the right one." I conclude and he narrows his eyes at me.

"Harry, if you don't get close to any woman how would you know if she's the one or not? I get it, you're waiting for something big. You're a hopeless romantic who doesn't sleep at night. But if you don't try. You'll never know."

"Wow, Horan. I think marriage makes you wiser." He laughs.

"It's not the marriage. It's her. I'm in love with her and I've never experienced something more wonderful or exhilarating. That's why I want you to try and find the one. Because you shouldn't be missing out to this feeling you get, when you hold your whole world in your arms." He smiles sympathetically and I nod.

"The truth is that I have my eye on someone." I try to avoid his gaze and look at my coffee.

"Really?" He asks excitedly and I nod.

"It's nothing. She's my neighbour. She moved in last Monday. She's something else. She's different. I feel it." I say but my mind clouds with doubt.

"What's wrong then?"

"I don't know, Niall. Her eyes are...dull. They look tired, like someone has drown the life off  of them." Niall, frowns and looks at me.

"How does she look like?"

"She has a light chocolate skin. It's so smooth. She has dark brown curly hair. And when I say curly, I mean, very curly." I make a gesture with my hands, getting him to understand how much volume they have. "She has chocolate brown eyes and plump pink lips. Her cheekbones are so prominent, they make her look beautiful in a very different way. She's gorgeous." I put my head in my hands and sigh deeply.

"Harry..." He calls me.

"Yeah?"

"Don't give up on her."
