3 months after the break up, Jimin tries to find the reason why Jungkook broke up with him. He pressures Taehyung, Jungkook's best friend, till the younger breaks down

"He is dying okay!?" Taehyung bursts into tears "...he loves you. He wants you to move on. There isn't hope for him...he doesn't have that long to live..."

Taehyung tells a shocked Jimin how Jungkook had a weak heart and after the doctors told him that if he didn't get a heart in 6 months he would die, Jungkook had decided to let Jimin go.

"Jimin! Where are you going?" Taehyung tries to stop Jimin

"Please!" Jimin cries "...I have to see him now!"
