The Interview

"Baby," I shuffled a bit in the bed. "Baby, wake up." I opened my eyes a little, but closed them fast when the sunlight hit them.

"Are you going to get up ?" I sighed and sat up, wrapping the sheets around my chest.

I rubbed my eyes and slowly opened them so that they could adjust to the sunlight.

When they finally did, I looked down at myself and sighed.

"Not again."

"What baby?"

"Tommy, why do you do this to me?"

"What do you mean?"

"This," I said gesturing to the state that we are in. "you fuck me and make me want you when I can't want you."

He pulled me to his chest and kissed my forehead.

"That's because I love you, and I want us to be one."

I moved away and slid out of the bed.

"Look, I have an interview today so I'm going to head for the shower and leave straight out after I eat okay?"

"I'll cook you breakfast."

"That's not necessary, Tommy."

"Okay, I'll take that as your approval."

"I'm not getting anywhere with you so I guess I'll just let you do it."

He got out of bed, walked up to me. I'm starring into his eyes, watching his every sudden move. I jumped out of fear when his hand came up to my face. He caress my cheek and kissed my forehead, chin, then lips.

"Shower up and come straight downstairs when you do. Don't wear any make-up today, you hear?"

"Yeah." I said before walking to the bathroom.

I got in the shower and washed myself literally 5 times.

When I was done, I wrapped the towel around my body then exited the bathroom, going into my closet.

I pulled out my mid thigh length black pencil skirt and off the white dress top. I found my black pumps and placed them by my bed. I let the towel drop from my body and lotioned it.

After that, I put on my panties and bra and my clothes.

I grabbed the heel of my pumps after making up the bed and headed downstairs to the kitchen.

"You look beautiful without make-up,"

"Thank you." I placed my shoes on the floor and grabbed the papers I need for the interview today.

I sat down at the kitchen island and skimmed the papers. I stopped when Tommy placed a plate of bacon, toast, and an omelet in front of me with apple juice.

"Really Tommy? Seriously I can't eat this."

He frowned then asked. "Well, why not?"

"For one, I don't drink apple juice, and for two, this is too much food. A piece of toast can do the job."

"That's not enough food girl."

"It is when I'm in a rush for a job interview." I grabbed the toast and started eating it. I stood and walked over to the paper towel rack and took a piece. I then placed my toast on it, grabbed my pumps, put them on, then placed my interview papers into my bag and grabbed my toast that is now wrapped in the paper towel and headed for the door.

I took a bite while saying. "I'll be back whenever. You can leave after you get showered and stuff. Bye." I grabbed my keys and walked out the house.

I got into my car and drove to the place.

Sony/ATV Music Publishing to be exact.

Wait a minute, isn't this like an music publishing company?

It is. What the heck?

I stopped the car, when I got there and read the information.

Sony/ ATV Music Publishing is the largest music publishing company in the world and is co-owned by Sony and The Estate of Michael Jackson.

"The Estate of Michael Jackson? Who the heck is Michael Jackson?" I questioned softly as I continued to read.

In 1985, ATV Music Publishing was sold to Michael Jackson for $47.5 million.

When I got done, I looked at the building ahead of me.

I got out of the car, grabbed my bag and closed, then locked the door.

I walked to the door and walked in, heading to the main desk.

"Wow, this place is busy." I whispered to myself in 'aww' as I looked around.

Once I made it to the desk, I looked down at the paper for confirmation that I was to go to the 5th floor for my interview.

"Hello, welcome to Sony/ ATV Music Publishing, how may I help you?" The lady at the desk spoke as I looked up from the paper. I looked at her name tag and it said Sarah.

"Hey Sarah, I called you day before yesterday about the job interview."

"Aliyana Wilson?"

"Yes," I smiled at her. She stood up and walked around the desk.

"Hey, Jill, can you take over for me, I have to take her to the interview room." she spoke to a woman that walked passed with files of copies in her hand.

"Sure." she smiled and walked behind the desk.

"C'mon, right this way." She led me to the elevator and we stepped in. She pressed the 5th floor and soon enough we were on it.

When the elevator doors ding, then opened, we stepped out and she led me to a room.

"This is where you will be getting interviewed by me. Are you nervous?"

"Just a bit, I really want this job."

"Well, like I told you over the phone, just be yourself and don't be nervous. You're different from the other guys or gals that called in for this job, sadly they didn't make it."

"Really? Well, why not?"

We walked in and sat at a desk

"Some were over arrogant, others either had no clue of what they were to do or didn't know anything on how to answer the questions being asked at the time, it was stressful honestly. However, they were very intelligent, just not for this job."

"Wow,"

"I know right, but don't sweat it."

She just told me that they didn't make it and now she's telling me not to sweat it!? I'm even more nervous now.

Thanks a lot Sarah 😑

"So, first off, there are cameras in here because we like to record our interviews, to show them to the boss." I nodded my head as I looked at the cameras behind her.

"Okay," I replied back to her. She nodded and continued.

"I've already asked you questions over the phone, correct?"

"Yes, that's correct."

"Okay, we will continue from that."I said okay and looked at her as she looked down at the papers in front of her.

"Quick question, may I ask?" I said softly before she could start with the questions

"Sure."

"When I was looking to find out exactly who I would be assisting, it didn't say, I was wondering if you could tell me?"

"I absolutely cannot. You will know if you make the job."

"Okay, thanks." I smiled at her.

"Okay, let's continue." I looked at her and she smiled.

"Are you comfortable handing multiple responsibilities at once?"

"In my previous position, I was tasked with handling all travel from sales team, organizing the calendars of multiple people and managed the office. In this role I had to quickly get use to tasks being handed to me last minute and that were all high priority. I would really have to write down everything that needed to be done to see which had the biggest impact and which was the most important. Often times the hardest project was the most important, so I found that it all came down to time management and prioritization."

"So far so good, through message, I have been notified to ask you one last question."

I frowned at her, but said "okay."

"How do you handle stress and pressure?"

"I can honestly say that I've gotten comfortable handling stress and high pressure situations. The thing that seems to work best for me is to list out everything that needs to be done, put it in order by prioritization and then crossing out the task as soon as it's completed. I don't only do this at work, but also in my personal life. This sounds small, but something as simple as list making really keeps me on task and focused."

"Okay. Thank you. I want you to stay here for a few minutes while I go up to the 7th floor to show this interview to the boss."

"Okay, thank you again for taking the time out of your day to interview me."

"Not a problem. I'll be back in a few." I smiled and nodded.

I'm screwed. I'm a nervous wreck. I bet she noticed my leg shaking rapidly and nervousness twitching.

Ugh! I could've done better if she didn't tell me about the other people who didn't make it.

And it would've helped if she told me who I was going to be assisting.

All I know is that he's a high profiled man and is known by everyone.

**

Minutes has passed, almost an hour worth. How long does it take to watch a 15 minute video?

I stood and walked to the window. It's really nice outside.

I stood there for another good five minutes just looking out of it.

I heard the door open, close, then lock, but I paid it no mind.

"Aliyana Wilson?" I jumped when I heard my name being called. I turned around quickly and looked at the man at the door.

Time had stopped, those eyes are. . . They're breathtakingly hypnotizing.

I shook my head to get myself back to reality and spoke.

"Y-yes?" I stuttered.

He slowly walked around the desk and stood in front of me, sticking his hand out.

"Hello, I'm Michael Jackson." I shook his hand and smiled.

"Nice meeting you Mr. Jackson, haven't we met before?"

"I think we did, yesterday, at the doctors office?"

"Oh okay, yes that's right. Well nice meeting you again. I'm Aliyana Wilson." he smiled and nodded, letting my hand go.

"So I just wanted to let you know that I watched your interview with Sarah."

I frowned when I came to realization.

"So you're the high profiled man that I'm getting the job from?"

"Yes,"

"Not to sound rude or anything, but exactly who are you?" I saw him frown and then he chuckled.

"I'm Michael Jackson."

"Okay and?"

"You're kidding me right?" He asked with a smile.

My face is as serious as I answer him. "No, I'm not."

"You seriously don't know who I am?"

"No."

"Okay, never heard that one before, but that's good. You're perfect for the job and with that being said, I want you in many ways, you're hired."

"Oh wow, thank you?"

"But before anything, I need you to sign this contract stating that you will do any and everything I ask of you, that you will obey my every command and whenever I need you, no matter what time of day it is, you will come to wherever I am."

"Oh?" I frowned at the things he's saying. "In what way will I be assisting you Mr. Jackson, because the way you're putting this is making me think in a different way."

"You don't ask any questions here, I'm the boss, you are hired, all I need you to do is sign the papers."

"Okay," I said and just signed the papers he handed me, without even reading them over.

"Are you going to read them over?"

"No, you wanted me to sign them, so I signed them. Here you go." I handed them to him, but he slowly took them.

"You should really look over this contract."

"No, I'm good."

"Are you sure, because I don't want you to be surprised when I tell you to do things."

"I'm sure Mr. Jackson, when can I start?"

"Now actually, go to the 7th floor and wait in my office up there, Sarah will direct you there."

"Okay-"

"But leave your things down here and take off your heels." I frowned at him, but took them off.

He grabbed my arm and led me to the door and into the elevator.

"I'll be up when you get on there."

"Okay." I spoke softly looking down at my turquoise painted toes. He hesitantly walked away from the elevator as they closed.

I pressed the 7th floor and soon after I was there. I stepped out of the elevator and Sarah spotted me.

She looked down at my feet and looked back up at me with a knowing look.

She ran to me and quickly walked me to, what I'm guessing, Michael's office.

"You've made it this far and first before Mr. Jackson gets in here I want to make sure you understand what you are getting yourself into."

"Yeah, well not quite,"

"Oh god, did you read the contract?"

"No, I just signed it."

"Oh god, so you don't know that you will not be exactly assisting him in the way you think you are--" Michael walked in the door and looked at Sarah with a stern look. It frighten me a bit.

"This is where you will be, congratulations, and if you need anything," she wrote on a piece of paper and handed it to me. She looked at me and mouthed 'read this then text me when you leave' I looked at her confused. "Just call and I'll let Mr. Jackson know."

I looked at the paper and it read: I will tell you what this job means so call me as soon as you can. I will be expecting it. Her number was written under that and I nodded.

"Okay, I will. Thank you Sarah."

"You're dismissed Sarah." Michael said as he stepped aside the door and let Sarah leave.

"Lock the door behind you." she looked at me with sorrow and locked the door behind her.

"Do you have undergarments on under your clothes?"

"Meaning underwear?" I asked frowning.

"Yes,"

"Oh, then yes."

"Take your clothes off and leave your bra and panties on."

"Excuse me?"

"I didn't stutter, do as I say, now!" He raised his voice and I immediately got scared.

"Mr. Jackson, I'm not comfortable--"

"Go home, be here tomorrow morning at 4:30. Not a minute late."

"That's really early sir,"

"And wear a dress." he cut me off like I hadn't said a thing.

"Mr. Jackson, Tommy won't like me leaving out that early."

"Who is Tommy?"

"My boyfriend."

"Your boyfriend?"

"Y-yes."

"Well, I have to meet him."

"Why?" We left the room and got into the elevator. He clicked the 5th floor and we began to go down.

"C'mon. Grab your stuff. Put your shoes back on and head out to your car." He said as we walked back into the interviewing room.

"No." I disobeyed. He looked at me with a disapproving look and grabbed my arm, forcing me up against the wall.

"Never tell me no, now we are going to your house now and we will go in your room, lock the door, and I will dominate you okay? Then we will meet Tommy."

"I'm sorry Mr. Jackson."

"Don't be sorry, come on let's go." I frowned at how quickly he became nice.

"Okay."

We walked out of the building and got into my car. As I am driving Michael spoke.

"I want you to break up with Tommy."

"What?"

"For this job, you need to be single."

"Why?"

"Don't ask questions, how much longer until we get to your house?"

"We are here." I spoke turning into my garage.

"Okay. Wake up tomorrow at 3:25 a.m., leave the house by 4:00 a.m. and be at the office at 4:30 a.m."

"Okay." I got out of the car, and so did he.

"Hey," I looked up at Michael as I was about to unlock the door. "Don't be sad, everything is going to be okay."

"I don't get you at all Mr. Jackson."

"Call me Michael, and what don't you get about me?" We walked in the house and sat down on the couch.

"I didn't know I'd be signing myself up to let you fuck me whenever you wanted. I'm not that type of girl, I mean I wanted a job that I would get paid for, I'm not a prostitute."

"I never said you were, look, I'm sorry if we got off on a bad start or you didn't like what I said, but I told you to read over the contract, which you didn't."

"I know,"

"And with that being said, I want you to reread this and you can change your mind if you want."

"Okay." he leaned in, and the front door opened then closed then Michael kissed me on my lips. More like a peck.

"Aliyana, what are you doing?"

"Tommy, it's not what it looks like." I panicked standing up.

He rushed toward me, punched Michael in the face and slapped me in mine.

Here we go again
