Tessa's POV

I was still awake, practicing on my shooting skills and once my arrow hit the board right smack in the middle, I smiled but that smile didn't last long and faded away as the arrow dropped to the ground.

I rolled my eyes and groaned.

I went over and picked up the arrow, scrutinizing it.

I need to go find Danielle to help me sharpen my arrow, it's pretty blunt from what I see.

I knew she was still awake at this time, she's always awake at this time.

The only people awake now would be Danielle, Leanne, Alyssa, Faith and I.

As I walk down the hallway, holding on tightly onto the arrow, to everyone's room, I felt that something was amiss.

There was total silence.

At this time, the people awake would be making a din!

I sprinted down, passing Rebecca, Yi Ting and Glenna's shared room, and saw Faith and Christabella's room doors were left ajar and was really quiet despite the fact that they would always play cards game late at night and make a lot of noise.

I rewind backwards and peered into their room through the door.

They weren't there and their weapons were gone.

Their rooms was really clean too which was unusual.

My mouth fell agape and I gasped.

Immediately, I ran towards Leanne, Danielle and Alyssa's shared room since all five of them were best friends and they were all gone, together with their weapons.

A chill went down my spine as beads of perspiration dripped down my forehead.

I could already hear owls hooting and crickets cricketing in the eerie darkness of the night.

It's late in the night and they went out?!

The thought hit me immediately.

Victoria had went to the guys' side as a spy and hasn't came back yet...

Wait.

They went to save Victoria?!

Clarissa's POV

I woke up from my slumberland to the loud banging on my room door and I groaned. I look out of the window and it's still dark. I glanced to my clock and it's only 2am.

I pulled the blanket over, unwilling to leave my comfortable bed and dragged myself out of the bed and to the door in my pajamas but before I could open it, it swung open by its own, smacking me in the face and I cringed.

A panicky Tessa stood in front of me, perspiration already covering her face and dripping down her neck.

"What the hell do you think you at doing?! It's 2am! Are you in the right state of mind?!" I shouted at her angrily, still in my pajamas.

No one disturbs my sleep.

"Faith, Christabella, Leanne, Alyssa and Danielle..." She panted heavily before continuing,"They're gone! To save Victoria!"

I was rubbing my bleary eyes and almost choked. My eyes widened to be as large as saucers.

"Come again?!"

Tessa pulled my arm without hesitation and sprinted towards Zoe Ern's office.

Without knocking, we barged in.

Zoe Ern was still awake making plans.

"Faith, Christabella, Leanne, Alyssa and Danielle went to save Victoria!" I scream before letting Zoe Ern react.

She would usually skin us alive if we didn't knock on her door.

She dropped her marker onto the floor when she heard what I just said.

"What?!" Zoe Ern boomed,"Grab your weapons, let's go."

Tessa and I scrambled to our rooms, changed out, took our individual weapons and rushed out as quick as possible.

Zoe Ern was holding onto her weapon already at the gates and was ready to go.

"We have no time to lose."
