"Have you lost it?" I could feel my anger rising up.
"No. This is the only possible way otherwise that eidolon will make her kill all of us. When a ceremony of exorcism is broken the eidolon slowly make the prey's bodies himself. We have to kill her otherwise that eidolon will completely adapt himself in Mallory's body." Harry defended himself.
"There has to be a way. You are the only one who knows about eidolons. You've got to make a way. I won't let anyone even touch her." I said raising my finger at him in a way to warn him.
He pushed my hands aside. "Be ready to die then." He turned around his face burying his face in the pillar.
"Harry. Keep hope. I know you can do it. You can come up with a much better plan." Flora said still keeping an eye on Damien. She pulled Harry chin and drilled her eyes into her. "I believe in you."
There was a complete silence for a while. Harry and Flora stood still. Looking in each others eyes. Slowly their face closed to each other. Flora closed her eyes as they came closer and closer. Both of them turning red. Are they going to kiss?? In a situation like this?.
When there lips were about to touch, Flora backed up. She stumbled back. "Sorry." She said wiping her lip. Maybe she knew it wasn't the right situation. When one of us is knocked out, other is possessed and other is busy fighting her.
Harry stood there completely still. His eyes widened up. His lips still open expecting Flora to come back. I placed my hand on his shoulder.
He jumped of his feet when I my hand touched his shoulder. His eyes widened. "Got a plan. Why didn't I think of it first." His face turning into smile. "Leave everything to me."
He bent down on the ground touching his palm on the ground.
"What is the plan?" Flora said turning back.
"Just take care of your eyes." He sounded so much calmer. What was his plan?
He whispered some words facing the ground, his palm still touching the ground. A blue light started burning under his palm. The light crawled around on the ground. I jumped out away from him avoiding contact with the blue mysterious light. A symbol of star appeared in front of his palm. It started rotating slowly as the blue the blue light crept through his arm. Slowly the blue light completely engulfed Harry. The star stopped rotating. Complete silence.
"Call Damien back. Quick." Harry said still facing down.
"Damien. Damien. Come back fast." Flora shouted. I didn't even notice Damien the whole damn time. He was badly beaten up by Mallory. Blood was trickling down from his head. His feet trembled as he was barely able to block her attack. He looked at Flora who was motioning him to return. He disappeared in the air and fell right behind me.
Mallory gave a shrill hiss. Her eyes still burning golden. Her hungry eyes looked here and there searching for a prey. Her condition was turning worse. Harry was right, the eidolon was taking over Mallory's body. Her nails had grown a foot long. Her skin had turned into rough scales just like that of a fish. Her beautiful face was now barely recognizable. It had been twisted in pain with a long scar running through her face. I just prayed Harry's plan would work nicely.
Damien was crawling on the ground controlling his pain . He had wounds all over his body. His shirt was already in pieces, hanging lightly from his tight body.
The blue lighting was taking over Harry. He was barely visible down the blue light now. It seemed like he was collecting some kind of power.
"Bring you hands ahead." He said. His voice was turning coarse. Everyone had no choice but follow his orders. As usual. Everyone bought up there hands ahead. I closed my eyes. I couldn't bear seeing Mallory in this state. Her loud hiss rang through the long illusional hallway.
I felt something touching me. I opened my eyes and saw the blue light pressed on everyone's hand. The blue light returned back to harry. Like a snail returns to his shell.
A pentagon like star appeared on everyone's hand.
"Now listen to me carefully." His voice had completely changed. I think that blue light has now taken over him. "I am going to rip apart that bastard from Mallory's body. A hole will appear on the floor when I do that. Everyone will jump in that hole as quickly as possible. The star on your body will protect you from that bastard getting inside you. Get it? No mistake now."
The blue light brightened over him. In a flash he disappeared from there. A loud bang rang as everything went up in smoke. Stones started raining. Some of them hit me hard on the back. All three of us ducked down covering our heads from the raining stones. Everything happened so quickly. Loud bangs still were echoing the long hallway.
Slowly the smoke started clearing. Flora coughed out loudly.
Something whizzed past her as soon as she started coughing. She stopped halfway gulping her cough. Her eyes widened up.
A large wind of gust blowed with the thing that whistled past Flora. Things were visible now. The hallway that stood turned to rumble in seconds. Front of us stood a long blue monster. Harry. It was Harry. The blue light surrounded him like a huge armour. His face was covered in the shape of a greek war helmet. His green eyes burned through the helmet.
His body shape was even bigger than Root's. Root's memories still was hurting me like a needle. He sacrificed his life saving me. I have to respect that sacrifice.
"Don't make any noise. Childos. That bastard can find you if you make any noise. You are lucky that I punched it away on right time." Everyones snapped out of the shock of seeing Harry in this form. Flora was just saved by an inch from getting injured or maybe killed.
Mallory got up from the stone rumble, hissing out loudly. She was completely unrecognisable now. She had turned into a complete monster. Rough golden hair ran through her back now. A beak raising instead of her face.
"Move aside. Kiddies. We still got a lot of time." He said pushing me. How rude. I could understand. He wasn't in his control but his words kinda assured me.
Another boom. They were exchanging punches so quickly. It became impossible for me to read their punches.
They were very high of the ground still fighting at full force. The fight became slow when Harry at last caught her by the neck smashing her straight down in the ground. He landed right on top of her.
He raised his hand right on top of her. His fingers turning into sharp nails. He gushed his hand inside her body. My heart beat stopped. Did he kill her? I ran towards him to check whether is he really killing Mallory.
He started pulling out something really pale out of her body as I was still on my way to reach there.
Two loud shouts rang together. I covered my ear as I looked inside the meniscus where the two shouts came from.
He wasn't killing her. He Was pulling out the eidolon out of her body.
Her face was visible as the eidolon was almost halfway down. The eidolon gave out a long cry as he was trying to resist Harry from pulling him out. The eidolons face was twisted with pain and the same scar ran down his face which I saw in Mallory's face.
Suddenly the ground started rumbling but it didn't come from Harry's direction. (HAHA.. did anyone get that. XD)
I looked up. Loud roars accompanied the rumbling. Something really faint was to be seen. I tensed my eyes trying to concentrate for what was coming. Whatever it was. It came in a huge wave.
I looked back and noticed another huge wave of the same pale thing. They were more clearer. They had human shape. There face filled with anger and pain.
Pale thing. Face filled with pain.
More eidolons.
