We got down the car, trying to control the laughter we have been controlling from so long. It was fun fooling the skeleton man, we could see the tension on his brow, which was not there exactly. He was in a haste, I could read his face and something didn't seem right. We started walking toward the rooms as the skeleton man drove off without saying a thing.

"What a cool plan was it?" Claudia blurted out at last speaking out.

"Yeah but the most funny thing was to see Leo use water." Damien said laughing.

"Ha. Or was it Harry breaking the boulder." Leo said. Everyone chuckled and it was a pretty weird for me seeing myself break a boulder. The rock didn't break through my strength, it was due to Flora's veil which muscled the stone into shaped dust, so my weak fist was enough to break it. For Leo, Mallory dissolved herself in ground water and did as if Leo was controlling it. Good work though.

"Hey give me the credit too. It was so tough for me act like a sudoku or chess master, I didn't have clue for what I was doing." Root said.

"Dude its good to use your brains sometimes." Damien said punching his big muscles.

I opened both the doors.

Something was still itching my mind.

Everyone relaxed on the beds Root and Leo were out get their drinks from the restaurant.

I relaxed myself on the bed. Ready to sleep already.

Suddenly I heard loud glass cracking voice. I ran out the room with Damien behind me. Outside I saw the girls already making a run for it.

Another cracking voice with a huge rumbling.

We all ran at the end of the lobby when we saw Root punching Leo sending him on the other side of lobby. Leo got up in a second and threw a huge cloud of fire at him. Root was completely under fire for two minutes but came out unbruised. At first it seemed like a small practice but soon the fight turned serious and looked like it wasn't a practice from the beginning. Flora surrounded a veil around Root's hand while Damien picked up Leo in his arms locking his hands.
"What's wrong guys."? Claudia tried to cool down the surrounding with her sound.

Silence stood for a second.

Root let out a huge shout breaking Flora's veil and freeing his hand. He jumped in the air punched again sending Leo and Damien hit the floor making a huge hole in it.

"Stop it guys." Flora shouted on top of her lungs.

"How did you know about that.? only I knew it." Leo said.

"You killed them now I will kill you." Root hissed sounding a bit weird.

"It was an accident."

"I don't care. I will revenge by killing you." Root shouted charging back at him.

Mallory sent a huge water stream at Root. Stopping him from coming further. Flora this time tied Root completely much tighter than before. Root fell on his back and lucky for us blacked out.

"Are you alright?" Mallory said holding Leo's hands. Leo pulled out his hand.

"Didn't I say you, my fire power can't bear the hold your cold water filled touch." Leo screamed in pain.

Mallory looked sorry.

It took us 4 people to just drag root to the corner of the lobby Root. He was still knocked out.

"What was Root speaking about?" I asked.

"Nothing. It was a mistake I don't want to talk over it." Leo shrugged.

"You have to say it, Leo." I demanded. "To perform good at the games, we need to know each other completely, with no secrets, otherwise we would be dragging each other into the mouth of death."

Leo looked down. "When I was still an infant, my father carried me to his factory because mom had gone out with her friends. I don't know what happened but the thing I know that the factory caught fire amd I was the reason begimd the fire. I burned the factory. It was an acciedent. I really didn't to it on purpose. I feel guilty for it, I killed my father and other workers too and now suddenly Root started speaking that his parents were burned in the same accident and that he is here to kill me." Leo wiped his eyes clearing the beads of tears from his eyes.

Everyone was stunned.

Sipence surrounded the room for a while.

"Stop crying, it was not your fault." Claudia said patting his back.

"I know it but when he wakes up again and even in the games he is going to kill me for sure." Leo sounded scared for the first time since we met.

Root's eyes opened slowly, he managed to sit even when he was tied up. Everyone was ready to face whatever came.

"What happened? Why am I tied? Did someone attack us?" He asked seeming shocked on seeing the surroundings.

We never expected this to come.

"You really don't know anything?" I said trying to read his mind. I could clearly read his mind and it was as hazy as we were. I confirmes that he wasn't lying.

"No." He said still noticing the surrounding.

"Open him up." I said to Flora.

She hesisted. I looked in her eyes trying to say I am sure of it. Flora loosened her grip on Root.

He got up and noticed Leo in bruises and blood." What happened man? I know you all are hiding something, tell me please?"

"Some angry mob attacked us for disturbing them." I said motioning everyone to get in the rooms.

Damien picked Leo and started walking with everyone. Everyone walked silently.

I signalled Flora and others to take Leo to another room. Let Root and Leo be in different rooms tonight. I used my telekenetic power to communicate with them through brain waves. Leo went of Damien's grip and walked off to the other room.

"Lets wait up till the girls dress Leo's wound."I pushed Root in my room. Damien followed locking the door behind us.

"Please tell me the truth." Root pleaded. "I know I did something wrong but I don't know I wasn't in my senses."

"Nothing.... as I said it was a huge angry mob who attacked us from the saying us 'The cursed.' They knocked you out and luckily Leo reached on time and saved you."

Damien looked at me in surprise. Such a long false story in such a short time. It didn't matter anyways right now.

Lie was the new truth.
