Sanji's P.O.V.

It's 5:50 in the afternoon so I guess I should start going.

I packed most of my stuff because I was 99% sure that I was going to join. I took a nap, showered and changed into black jeans and a blue casual button up shirt with quarter sleeves. I lit a cigarette and began walking towards the house that hopefully I would be able to call home soon.

I walked for about five to six minutes until I arrived to Link Drive. I walked past the nice houses until I spotted the number 302 on the mailbox of a house.

"I guess that's it"

The big Greek letters 'ΗΛΣ' were above the main door. It was big and very nice. I would expect a bigger house for a fraternity but that's just perfect. I don't want perfections and shit. I just want a place where I can sleep at a room alone. Nothing more.

I gazed at the house once more before walking to the door. I wiped my shoes on the mat and knocked.

After a few seconds later the door opened.

I was greeted by a man who was a few inches taller than me who had wavy dirty blonde hair covering his ears. He had big green eyes and I noticed a big red scar around his left eye. He had a bright smile. He was wearing blue jeans with a beige cardigan and a plain black shirt inside.

"Hi you must be Sanji" He greeted me smiling. By his voice I assumed he was the guy that I talked to the phone with earlier. He leaned to shake my hand and I gave him my hand.

"Yes I'm Sanji nice to meet you. You're the one I talked with right?"
I asked just to make sure.

"Yeah I'm Sabo nice to meet you too, come in" He went to the side showing me inside the house to walk in. I walked in and he closed the door behind me.

I looked around the place. In front of the door there was a staircase. At the right side of the small hall there was the living room. I spotted a raven haired man with a small goatee on his chin and sideburns sitting on the couch reading a book. He noticed me and gave me a wave. I waved back and continued to look around. The walls were painted a cream color and there was a door next to the kitchen arch which I assumed it was the bathroom. Sabo was standing behind me. I almost forgot about him because I was watching the place in awe.

"Do you want to see the rest of the place here or do you want to move straight to your bedroom and then see the rest?" He asked.

"Let's go to the bedroom first and then I'll see the rest, the living room and the kitchen are great already" I answered and he gave me a smile.

We walked up the stairs and turned left were a door was. He opened it and stepped inside. I then walked in and saw my bedroom. It was a decent size. The walls were a very light yellow color which I really liked. There was a double bed in the middle with two nightstands on each side. A dresser was placed in front of the bed with a TV on and there was was a wardrobe on the left. The balcony was on the right and next to the balcony door was a desk.

"It's empty so that you can decorate it the way you want" He said.

"Thank you It's great!" I smiled.

"Ok then do you want to see the rest of the house now?" He asked politely.

"Yes let's go" I answered and we left the room.

He toured me around the house. I saw the third floor were his room was and then we went back down at the kitchen.

"Um by the way I'm a cook so I'm very interested in the kitchen" I said and stepped in following Sabo.

"Really? Oh that's great we always wanted a cook!" He said smiling.

"It will be my pleasure to cook for you all"

I walked in the kitchen behind him and there was the man I saw before in the living room with another man who had also raven hair and was a little shorter than me. He had big eyes, a scar under his left one and he was eating a turkey leg.

"Oh Sanji this is my younger brother Luffy and this is one of our roommates Law" Sabo said and the tall guy named Law came to shake my hand.

"Welcome" He said. He had a low gentle voice and he was dressed in all black. He had two golden earrings on each one of his ears and his eyes were a deep shade of a unique silvery grey. A deep scowl was formed on his face. I noticed his hand was tattooed, the word 'Death' was formed on his knuckles and a circle with some lines around was on the outside his hand. I suppose he is a metalhead or something? Anyway...

"Thanks nice to meet you Law" I said smiling at him but he had a plain face. He's a bit creepy to be honest.

"You too" He said and turned back at what he was doing.

The other guy Luffy didn't seem to notice me. He was busy eating that turkey leg with pleasure. Sabo coughed awkwardly at Luffy to notice me. I just laughed. He leaned his head up and saw me. He was sweet.

"Who the hell's that guy?"

Aaaand I take that back. I lifted my one visible eyebrow at surprise and Sabo looked embarrassed.

"Um..Luffy...this is the guy that's probably moving with us I told you that before. He is Sanji and he is a cook" Sabo said and Luffy's eyes brightened.

"A cook?!?! Welcome home!!" He said cheerily and grinned widely. His smile was so big that I swear the entire room lightened up more.

"He'll get used to you don't worry" Sabo assured me.

"It's ok" I whispered to him. "Nice to meet you Luffy" I told him.

"Nice to meet you too!! You have funny eyebrows!" He pointed still grinning.

"Thanks I get that a lot" I replied smiling and Sabo was red from embarrassement. I didn't have any problem with my eyebrows. The might be swirly and asymetrical but at least they're unique so I don't mind when people point them out.

"Ok do you want to see the pool?" Sabo asked me.

"There's a pool? Sure I'd love to see it" I said and we walked out of the kitchen and towards the living room.

I followed Sabo at the back of the living room and he opened the double sheet glass door for me. I stepped outside before him and saw the pool. It was beautiful. There was a hammock on the left side of the yard tied between two trees. Another man was laying on it holding his phone.

"Oi! Ace come here" Sabo called the man on the hammock. He noticed us and got up. He walked towards us.

"Hey bro. Ooh is this the guy Sanji you told us earlier?" Ace asked.

Oh God I felt like drooling at him. He was Sabo's height tall. His smile was beautiful, defining the freckles spreading on his cheeks and his caramel eyes shined. His black hair were falling nicely on his face. He was only in a red swimming shorts with a white hawaiian flower pattern on. A big red bead necklace was decorating his neck. His exposed body was firmed and toned, his skin was pale and shining. I noticed a tatto on his left arm that had the letters ASCE.

"Yes, Sanji this is my older brother Ace" Sabo told me and I shook hands with Ace.

Suddenly we heard a noise coming from the pool. I turned my head to see another man climbing up the small ladder of the pool. How long has he been in there and I didn't notice?

My one visible eye scanned him. There was coming a muscled moss headed man with purple striped swimming shorts towards us. I noticed a big scar across his torso. He was rubbing his face with his hands and I couldn't see it. When he came close to us he stood next to Ace and lifted his head up to see us.

Woah...

He had thick lips and emerald green orbs. His pointed eyebrows were defining a serious tone on his face. He had dark skin that was dripping with water.

"Oi who's that?" He asked rudely.
He had a raspy voice that somehow sounded sexy to me but I don't know why.

"Oh this is our new roomate Sanji"
Sabo told him.

"Sanji this is Zoro one of our roommates". He told me.

I leaned to shake hands with him but he just said a plain "Ok hey then" and avoided my touch. I brought my hand back awkwardly. What the hell was that? Doesn't he have manners?

"Um..hi" I just said and looked back at Sabo who was glaring at him.

"What? I said hi to him do you want me to kiss his feet or something? I'll get used to him" Zoro spat. He is so fuckin rude for God's sake.

"Ooook...um Sanji let's go in the living room to tell you a couple of things you should know about here" Sabo said and I nodded. I said bye to Ace. I didn't bother talking to that stupid rude moss head. I can't believe that I have to stick up living with a guy like this. The other guy Law might be creepy but at least he welcomed me.

Anyway I went inside and sat on the couch and Sabo sat next to me. He told me about the guys, who was who, just to know a little more things about them.

"And Zoro...well I'm sorry about what happened he is always like that...He just doesn't trust easily" Sabo apologized.

"It's ok don't worry I'll get used to it. I don't mind anyway" I honestly said.

He smiled again. He was such a kind man. Thank God there was a nice person in here. Well Ace seemed nice too.

After he finished telling me about the others he told me a couple of things about himself. He asked me about me so I explained myself a bit. After that he gave me information about the house and the paying etc.

"So what do you think? Will you join us?" Sabo asked crossing his fingers up on his chin.

"Yes I'm not thinking further more. I want to leave from the dorm room and here seems just great" I told him and he seemed happy.

"Ok then welcome to ΗΛΣ!" He chuckled and so did I.

"Thank you, I have to pack my things so I'll move in tomorrow" I politely told him.

"What's your dorm room number?" He asked.

"116 why?" I replied.

"Ok then tomorrow at 12p.m. , me and Law will come and help you bring your things here"

"Oh thank you I really appreciate it"

"Don't mention it, we're happy that you called us" He said and I felt very welcomed. That's a home I was looking for.

We stood up from the couch and shook our hands again. I said my goodbyes to the guys in the kitchen and left.

I returned back to my dorm room that I was soon going to say goodbye and I couldn't be happier.

It was around 8 so I started packing the rest of my things. Franky wasn't here. So I'm thankful that I'd have a quiet packing.

As I was packing I was thinking about my new home and mostly my new roommates. So they're actually 5 men...and no women. Well that's ok I don't mind I'm sure there are plenty in the campus.

Sabo was the guy that told me everything so I guess that he's the one I will talk to the most. He is so friendly and polite to the point I was blushing. I'm thankful to have a roommate like him who respects privacy and gave good information. He's also studying music and he can play the guitar and sing. I'd like to hear him.

Law was the first one I met from the others. Even though he looked pretty creepy, Sabo told me that he's actually a good guy who's a doctor. He's just quiet and mature because he is the oldest apparently. When I asked if he's a metalhead he laughed. He informed me that he just likes tattoos and he has more on his body. Well maybe if I get used to him he'll be more inviting. He is actually a very attractive and impressive man.

Luffy is...well a big eater so I guess I will have extra work in kitchen for him. He looks a bit of an idiot but in a good way. He frightened me at first with his rude remark but the he turned out to be a happy person with the biggest eyes I've ever seen. His chocolate orbs looked warm and friendly. He had the brightest smile and he was pretty skinny. Sabo told me he's the youngest in the house. It was pretty obvious. He told me he is his brother but that's weird because they look nothing like each other. He studies Information Technology and he is a computer technician. Sabo claims that this is the only thing he's actually good at. Well at least he's handy at that.

Ace is...oh damn. I've never drooled like that for a man but he was another story. No no I can't think these kind of things I'm a complete ladies man. Anyway I learned that he is a big party thrower and doesn't care about anything but to have a good time. He studies art and he draws amazingly well.

Well since I'll be living at a frat house I assume there are going to be a lot of parties there. I don't mind parties but I have a limit. I don't drink too much, just one glass or two.

Anyway and there's this rude moss head brat who likes scaring people. Sabo told me that he is a sleepy head who drinks a lot and has no sense of direction. He only seems a problem but anyway. He studies physical education to become a trainer and he knows how to use three swords. That's impressive but it can only be useful when thieves attack the house. Sabo told me that he brings a lot of people at home for...sexual reasons so I have to stick up with that too. God damn he is literally only a problem but I have no other choice than sticking up with living him. I'm glad his bedroom is not at the same floor as mine.

My bedroom was across Law's and that's good because I knew I'd have peaceful nights. Except if he is actually a real creep who likes to watch people when they sleep. No no I'm hust being paranoid. I'd only have to share a bathroom with him so I don't mind.

I pushed back my thoughts as I finished packing. Franky arrived about an hour later and I told him that I'm leaving. He cried from sadness and from hapiness that I'm happy with my new home. I talked with him until I felt sleepy.

I changed to my white tank and sweats and drifted off to sleep. I closed my eyes with a smile, waiting for the new beginning that's waiting for me tomorrow.
