Come Back to Bed.
Come Back to Bed.
Calum: I was beginning to regret making Calum sleep on the couch. Although he was being completely insensitive, it still wasn't really fair to not let him sleep in his own bed, especially giving his busy schedule at the moment. I huffed in annoyance, swinging my legs over the side of the bed, stretching for a few seconds before standing up. I fiddled with his oversized flannel shirt, tugging the sleeves past my hands as I quietly made my way out into the living room, almost tripping over several things on my way. The TV was switched off, but the bright light emitting from the DVD player illuminated the room just enough for me to see my surroundings. I sat down on the coffee table before him, his eyes closed and his knees were brought up to his chest. "Calum?" I called his name softly, guilt beginning to grow in my stomach for locking him out of his room, and then waking him up. "Baby." I coed, pushing his hair away from his forehead causing his eyes to flicker open. He looked up at me for a split second before his eyes closed again from tiredness. "Calum, I'm sorry." I apologised to him, his arm reaching out to me as he hid his face in his pillow. "Its ok." He murmured back, half-asleep. "Will you come back to bed?" I asked him hopeful, the tiredest of smiles meeting his lips. "Of course babe." He replied taking hold of my hand as I reached down to pull him up. I lead him down the hall to our bedroom, climbing into bed with him, the heat from his body warming me up in seconds.
Ashton: I felt so bad. Ashton had told me that he was going downstairs for a little bit and that he'd be up soon, telling me to go to sleep, but I should have known that he was going to sleep away from me as he didn't want me to get sick. I woke up around 2am; for some reason it was like I could tell that he wasn't beside me. I sighed, standing up and quietly made my way downstairs, switching the light on to see Ashton sleeping soundly on the couch. I always felt guilty for waking him, even more so if he was sick, but I knew that a night on the couch would do him no good and that he needed a proper night's rest in his own bed in order to get better. I push his curls away from his burning forehead, beads of sweat on his skin. I frowned, heading to fetch some water and tablets before returning to wake him up. "Ashton, sweetie." His eyes flickered open, confusion leaving him puzzled for a few seconds. "Ashton, you're sick. You need to sleep in your own bed." I told him, helping him sit up much to his disapproval. "I'm fine. I don't want you getting sick." He replied, swallowing down the pills I gave him. "Ash, you're being ridiculous. You need to come back to bed. C'mon." I spoke, pulling his weak body up and helping him into bed. "Let me know if you need anything, ok?" I spoke to him, letting him cuddle up to me as I soothed him to sleep.
Luke: "Where are you going?" Luke asked me as I pulled my pillow from my side of the bed. "I'm not going to sleep next to you tonight, if thats what your asking." I replied coldly, making a turn to the door. "You don't have to go." He told me, his voice tired and frustrated as he watched me stand in the doorway. "No, but I want to. Goodnight Luke." I dismissed him, heading downstairs angrily and setting up some quilts on the blanket torn between hoping he would come and get me, and wanting to be alone. We had gotten into a stupid fight which I knew would all be over soon, I just wanted an apology. Luke had been tired from working in the studio for hours on end, coming home and forgetting that I have my own needs to tend to, not just his. Nonetheless, I soon fell asleep, the blankets not quite enough to keep me warm. I begin to stir, my eyes peeling open slightly as my sleep is disturbed. I see Luke standing before me sad and guilty looking, bending down and placing an arm under mu knees, and the other supporting my back. I mumble out his name, too tired to even resist him. "Shh, go back to sleep." He cooed softly, careful climbing up the stairs to our room. He lays me down on our bed and climbs in beside me, letting me cuddle up to his chest as he slings his arm over me. "I'm sorry." He mumbles to my tired state, leaning over and placing a kiss to my forehead as I quickly drift back off to sleep.
Michael: I shot awake, my eyes open, my breathing coming out fast. My hand flew up to my chest before I turned to my side, expecting to see Michael, a frown etching onto my features as I remembered why he wasn't there. I calmed myself down for a minute, wiping away the few tears which I had seemed to cry during my sleep. I quietly crept out of bed, wandering over to the door and tiptoeing down to the living to retrieve Michael. Surprisingly, he was still awake, the faint gunshots and explosion nosies becoming clearer as I made my way over to see him playing on the xbox. I cleared my throat a little, his head turning around to look at me. He paused the game, setting the controller down on the coffee table before standing up. "What are you doing up?" He asked me as I walked over to him, crashing against his chest, my arms snaking around his waist. "Bad dream." I mumbled out to him, breathing in his scent. He chuckled slightly, kissing the of my forehead as he wrapped his arms around me in return, squeezing me firmly. "I'm sorry, Mikey. I can't sleep without you. Will you please come back to bed?" I asked him though it seemed he had already made up his mind as he switched the TV off and lead me back to our room. "I'm sorry for sending you to the couch." I apologised as he pulled me to his chest, closing the gap between us. "Nah, I deserved it. Get back to sleep." He replied, kissing me once more before I fell back unconscious.
