"Ms.Kenobi?"

"Come in."

The nurse nodded, walking into the door.

"You want to hear the good or bad news?"

"It doesn't matter."

"Well I'll start with the good, you'll be out of the hospital in a few days."

Rey nodded slowly, the news not seeming as happy as she hoped. The nurse seemed to have caught onto her obvious despair but choose to stay quiet.

"And the bad news?"

"Your arm has been broken in the accident so you're going to need to have assistance until it heals and might not be able to work for quite a bit. It's severe damage to your bones."

"Okay..."

"Your helper shall be here in a few moments."

"So Ben isn't helping me?"

The nurse looked down for a moment.

"He isn't right?"

"N-no. He left this morning."

"Figures."

A few moments later there was a knock on the door.

"Come in."

Inside stepped a woman who looked to be in her 20s. Her skin was a pale cream and she had dark raven hair that was pulled into a tight bun on top of her head. It was her eyes that made Rey squirm the most. They were dark stern and hard. The grey pupils reminding her of stone.

"This will be your helper for a few days, her name is Bazine."

Bazine stepped forward and scanned her eyes over Rey.

"Nice to meet you Reyhanne."

"You too Bazine."

Rey didn't say anything else to Bazine and eventually she left and so did her nurse. Her eyes scanned the tall glass vase that sat on the table next to her.

Ben's flowers.

She reached for them. Eventually finding her fingers grip onto the head of a daisy. Rey pulled it out from the water, the drops wetting her face and collarbone.

Her finger brushes against the pure white petals and then a pang of regret seemed to course through her. Maybe she should've listened to Ben, should've let him explain. But she didn't.

Rey dropped the flower, knowing fully that she'd pay the price.
