(Y/N) POV

"Ahhhhhhh!" I hear screaming from the cave where Kushina was giving birth in.

"Sounds painful," a member of the security detail mutters

"She's supposed to be quiet," another says

"Hey! Giving birth is no easy task!" A female member scolds them.

I keep my attention on my sensory Jutsu...making sure that no one gets anywhere near the soon-to-be parents.

Suddenly, I pick something up.

"On your guard," I yell as everyone tenses.

Where is he gonna go?

There's only one entrance to my knowledge...I doubt he knows better.

I felt him getting closer and closer.

Come on...

Every second I felt his presence...oozing with murderous intent.

Calm...keep calm...for Kushina.

"Don't let him by!" I yell as flames engulf us all.

A ninja quickly used a water Jutsu to kill the flames.

That cost us valuable time to slow him down.

"Don't let him by!" I declare as everyone attacks him.

Easily, he pummels every last one of them to the ground.

"Just you....and me," he says as I look at him

"You asked me who I was at our earlier battle...I feel the need to enlighten you on this fateful night," he Begins.

"My name...is Madara Uchiha," he finishes as I feel my stomach turn...no way...no way...

"Yes...the name strikes fear in your eyes, but that's just the icing on the cake, a beast will rage across the village before tomorrow," he says walking slowly toward me.

Of course. He wants to release the Nine tails!.

I reach behind my back and rest my hand on a kunai.

"You all that stands between the safety of the village...and the falling of it," he begins

"If you think that Minato will stand by if I fail... you're mistaken," I say as I focus my eyes on his mask.

With the moonlight at just the right angle...I see his Sharingan...so he's not bluffing.

"I know how I will deal with the Fourth Hokage," he mutters

"I just need to get by his shadow first," he says before rushing me.

I throw the kunai with great speed and I start sprinting.

As expected, it phases right through him.

If he uses space-time Jutsu. I know what to do.

As we are about to jump on top of each other.

I make myself seem defenceless. Then secretly, I'll try to attack him.

Sure enough, he took the bait.

His fist smashes my face. Unknown to him. I slowly moved my leg up to catch him in the chin with my knee.

Both of us go spinning toward the ground.

"This won't be a catwalk, after all, he mutters," as I get up.

"It's my job," I mutter as he looks at me

"Oh, how flawed you are," he says coming in for another attack. He was ready for my tactics.

Instead of hitting me. His body phased through me...and then I received a blow to the back of my head.

"Gotcha," he mumbles as I smirk

"Did you?" I ask as a giant bolt of lightning strikes him as I struggle to get up.

"I will get my revenge!" He yells

"For what! Madara? For what?" I ask him as he hesitates.

"Mr. (Y/N)!" I hear a girl scream as Madara throws a throwing star toward her.

She dodged it easily and rolled next to me.

"Rin,..what are you doing here?" I ask as she blushes

"I was supposed to be a backup medical ninja for Kushina...I was running a little late," she mutters

"A little?" I ask as she shrugs

"But I see my help is needed elsewhere," she says looking at the man.

"What is this?" He asks him a much less deep voice

"A girl?" I mutter confused at his question

"Rin?" He asks as she looks confused

"How do you know who I am?" She asks as he laughs

"This is some Genjutsu right?" He asks looking at me

"I ain't pulling nothing," I admit

"I'd have no reason to make an illusion of Rin," I tell him

"So what's the story?" I ask

"You're supposed to be dead," he says. His voice seems to be cracking, almost as if he is crying.

"What you talking about it?" She asks as the man reaches for his make...his hand hovers over it for a while.

"I'm...I'm a monster Rin...when I saw Kakashi kill you...I...lost all hope," he continues

"What are you on about?" She asks as he falls to the ground

The enemy that seemed so strong is crumbling down after seeing a girl.

What the hell is happening.

"I...I'm," he says removing his mask.

"I'm Obito," he says dropping the mask

Rin gasps as his half seemingly clay face as the other side seemed normal.

"Obito!" She says as she feels the need to rush to him.

I grab her by the arm before she could sprint to him

"What happened? Are you really Obito?" I ask him as he nods

"After the mission...that I supposedly died on. I was on the last string of life...but you see...a man by the name of Madara Uchiha saved me...he gave me a second chance," Obito says

"And why did you think I was dead?" Rin asks

"I saw it...obviously...it was a trick...I'm guessing by Madara Uchiha...probably to make me change sides...which it did," he looking at the soul.

"And what about the other half of your body...it looks like clay," I say as he looks at it.

"I was saved," he says not continuing in detail.

I let Rin go and she rushes to him tears spilling out of her eyes

"Obito!" She says as her arms latch around him. He looked stunned

"Is there anyone else coming to attack?" I ask him as he looks at me

"No...I can assure you Brother...there is no one else," he says as I relax.

"Ok," I mutter as silence consumes us.

Rin pulled away and smiled at Obito...a smile I'm sure he wasn't expecting to ever see again.

"As much as I love seeing you two together...you committed a crime against the village," I say as Obito looks at me

"I know," he mutters as Rin looks at me

"What's gonna happen?" She asks me

"He'll be imprisoned...most likely," I mutter as her eyes go wide

"Your gonna turn him in!" She says shocked

"You'd turn in your own brother!" She asks as anger spreads across her face

"Rin...it's fine," he says as she looks back at him

"No, it's not! I just saw you again! I'm not leaving you behind again! Never...never again," she says as waterworks swell in her eyes again.

"Rin," Obito says almost graceful.

"No, I won't allow it," she says

"I won't either," a voice behind me says

I look around and see Minato looking at us.

"Lord Fourth!" Rin says bowing quickly.

Minato looks at Obito. He gives a slight smile, before walking toward him

"Sensei, I'm sorry," he says as the Hokage walks to him.

Obito was surprised with what came next. He hugged him

"I'm glad you're ok. I give you my guarantee, that you will be free and safe, as long as you give us info on Madara," he says as Obito nods

"Thank you Sensei," he says almost in tears

"I'm feeling generous today...I guess it's because my son was just born...hehe," Minato

"Get to him then...I'm sure Kushina is already mad your gone," I say as she smiles

"Yeah," he says returning.

I look back at Obito as he looks a little ashamed

"We got some catching up to do brother," I say with my first smile of the night.
