Since the band would do music rehearsals, Teto just wore plain shirt and shorts and brought an umbrella with her since the weather would be very hot according to the weather advisory. Also, since she had made a strap for it from her belt, she brought the synthesizer with her and hung it at her back.

From her house, she started to walk and make her way to her bandmate's house and studio while the umbrella was resting into her shoulder. She was looking left to right, enjoying the morning sunlight while passing down the block, walking along the still cold red rectangular brickwork sidewalk.

Seven minutes onto the road, and still making her way to the meeting place, she dialled Neru's phone number and tried to call her.

She held her phone close to her ear while standing still at a pedestrian crossing, looking at the birds that flew overhead, waiting for her turn to cross the other side. "Come on. Neru.... Answer it..."

Teto's face flashed an expression of impatientness as the call was still unanswered by Neru. She heard three beeps over the line; she heard Neru's voice mail.

"The number one princess of the world is busy right now - probably stalking Len at my dreams - so yeah.. If you want to talk to me please leave your nonsense message~♪."

After another beep, Teto talked.

"Ugh..Ne-ru, please- if you have time, get up of your bed and meet me at Haku's house. And stop that daydreaming again! We have some rehearsals to do today! Bye." then she lowered the phone, ending the call .

The moment that the red light was up, Teto crossed the other side of the road.

"Ugh... " then let out a sigh.

"Jeez.. Not again." then she dialled someone over the phone without looking onto it.

||Haku's House. ▇

While having some breakfast, Haku's phone rang. She dropped a look at the screen, then pressed the green button. "Teto.."

"I'm glad that you answered it..."

"Is there any problems?" she asked, looking out her window. "Looks like you bumped into one too early."

"Exactly.."

"What was it?"

"Neru doesn't respond to my call a while ago. Does Neru arrived there at your house?"

"Hm... Not yet. I'm still peaceful and clear here Teto." Haku said while dipping the toast at her coffee and eating the dipped portion of the toast.

"Have you tried to call her?"

She grabs her cup of coffee. "Not yet. But I'll try a little later, I will finish my breakfast first."

Teto hummed in contentment. "Great then..."

"Just go here okay. And don't worry about Neru. She is fine. I guarantee it to you. She will think of us soon.."

"Uh... Okay.."

"On other things, is anything new for today?"

"Yup. We have a new instrument! And it is a synth, a rainbow one."

Haku stands up. "Well that's good. Did you bring it with you today?"

"Absolutely! I ha--"

"Anyway, where the heck you guys get that synth in the first place? Did you bought it?"

"Nope."

"Did you picked it up somewhere?"

"Still no."

"Did you extort money from your sister?"

"No!" Teto instantly replied, "I won't do that!"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Calm down Teto, I'm just messing with you." Haku said, followed by a smile. "Just get here as soon as possible. I'll drop the line now, I'll try to contact Neru, okay?"

"Okay!" Teto said, "And don't do that again! I am not extorting money from my sister!"

"He heh... Fine.. Geez.. Don't go so hot too much this early morning." Haku said. "Anyway, take care and meet me here."

Then Haku ended the call. Afterwards, she proceeded to the garage and opened it. She started to place the instruments on its proper place while waiting for Teto to arrive.

Haku was already done in preparation of the garage and almost practicing her electric guitar when Teto and and a person more had came.

When Haku noticed the two, she stopped and welcomed them. "At last, Teto.."

Then SeeU approached her, waiving her hands, giving Haku a smile. "Yo! Homie!"

"Yo! SeeU! My good friend of the block!" Haku replied, then the two made a brofist. "I never expected you to go over my place today."

"Err.. You are so dem good at that dress Haku!" SeeU said, then lifted her dark sunglasses a bit.

"Same as your style homie, you're too dem good at that attire!"

"Yes sir, that's mah style man!"

"Say, what makes you come over here?" Haku asked.

"Dang man.. Today was a double down day mah friend." SeeU said, looking down at her rubber neon shoes.

"She wants help in recording her group's album.." Teto said.

"The first of the hood yo!" SeeU said, retuning her sight at Haku.

Teto continued, "And she also wanted to come with us to see Neru--"

SeeU made an intimidating look at Teto.

"I- I mean Princess Neru at her house today."

"..Aah... I get it.." Haku said, nodding her head slowly. "If that's the case, then.. We need to go now."

The two nodded and Haku looked at the door inside the garage. "MEI--TO--, get your butt out here!"

A response came from the inside of the house. "Okay, coming...."

When Meito gone out, he looked at Haku. "What now? I'm busy on my game--"

"I don't care. Guard those instruments while I'm away and stop that darn game for the meantime." Haku said firmly at Meito, paired with a strong fearful stare.

Meito mumbled while his head held down.

Haku then looked at SeeU and Teto. "As that sorted, let's roll!"

||Neru's House. ▇

The three had reached her house after walking several blocks and crossing a railtrack. They had stopped and observed the area, Neru's house that was facing at the open sea.

Teto looked at the windows. "Neh.. I think Neru is still asleep. The window curtains were still down."

SeeU removed her glossy sunglasses and placed it above her platinum hair. "Yo! Mah princess is still asleep at her castle, we need to check 'em up at her royal room!"

Teto held SeeU's shoulder. "Neh.. You don't need to enter the house, we don't know if Neru is in the house or not. We may be called thieves then if someone will see us entering her house. Let's just wait Neru to Haku's house, shall we?"

"Dang man.." SeeU just mumbled, playing with her chromed metal necklace.

Haku looked at the back end of Neru's house. "I.. think we don't need to wait her at my house for long.."

"Man.. What do you mean by that?" SeeU asked, a little hope was implied at her words.

Haku fixed the sleeves of her dress then looked at the chimney above Neru's house. "I think she is awake by now..."

Teto made a confused look. "How?"

The three had entered the house using the backdoor and found Neru at the kitchen, cooking some curry, using her phone as a cooking manual.

SeeU approached Neru wearing a confident smile, holding a gift. "Yo! Good mornin' mah princess! I came here to visit you!"

Neru was shocked the very first second SeeU's voice passed her ears. "E-eh? What are you guys doing here especially you, SeeU!?"

"We came here to pick you up." Teto simply said.

"Yes, mah one and only princess, your prince had come to see you at your castle." SeeU said, bowing down to Neru like a royalty.

Haku removed her fedora with a purple rose ornament. "You are not responding to our calls. We thought that maybe something bad had happened at you like -"

"..like what?" Neru asked while busy adding seasonings at the dish.

"...like having nightmares with Len." SeeU said.

"WHAT! How come being with Len in my dreams became a nightmare?" Neru asked to SeeU with tone higher than normal.

"Because my dreams were almost empty every night when you're with Len at your dreams. And it gives me nightmares seeing you two together!" SeeU explained.

Haku played along and patted SeeU's back, letting a short but meaningful smile. "That was hard, man.. Really hard to see."

"I just texted you last night that I would come there at noon, right!?" then she looked at SeeU with flinching brows. "And why the heck did you bring SeeU here at my house!"

Teto shrugged. "She wanted help from us to finish their group's first album."

"And I want to see your beautiful face, my princess!" SeeU said, then she smiled to Neru as bright as the sun, Neru blushed suddenly.

Neru's eyes widened and whacked SeeU lightly at her shoulder with the kitchen utensil. "Shut up! Shut up. Shu-t up!" then made some exaggerated gasps.

SeeU smiled more while enduring the hit from Neru. "Dang man, mah girl was still beautiful while she's fierce. Dang, I like you more."

"Anyway Neru, why we can't contact your phone lately?" Haku asked while looking at the curry and spinning her fedora at the tip of her finger, Neru returned to her cooking business.

She stirred the dish. "I-- I am practicing myself to cook. And I don't want to be interrupted so I put my phone to 'flight mode'."

The three smelled the aroma that was coming from the pot.

"How about a sample from your dish before we could go at Haku's house Neru." Teto suggested, sitting down on a chair at the dining area.

Neru sighed. "Okay."

Haku sighed. "And next time, do not put your phone to flight mode!"

"Geez. Fine.." Neru replied.
