that is a simple fact

not to say we always present it

with the proper amount of tact

people, generally, will listen

if you approach sensibly

but they are quick to turn off

if you present forcefully

so, if you want to speak your mind

and get reasonable satisfaction

present it well and remember that

how we say it, 

dictates the reaction
