i know i write

a lot of crap

every poem can't be a diamond

even if its gift wrapped

but still i go on

and continue to write

because once in a while

i get it right

so my advice is simple

don't think too much

just sit at the computer

feel the touch

of inspiration

and close your eyes

there in the darkness

is your imagination's eye
