Love is patient love is kind.

If a person is not patient nor kind to someone he loves, isn't that called love?

Practically, it isn't.

Looking at the verse itself,

It isn't called love if you're not patient, nor kind, you're boastful, full of pride, dishonoring others, self-seeking person, gets easily, angry, keeps record of wrongs

And so on...

How about a person who could do a bad thing for someone he loves?

If that someone he loves asked him to do a bad thing, that's not love.

Because she took advantage of him because she knows he loves her.
