Jimin walked into the living room after Taehyung helped him pack

"Hi Kookie..." Jimin says before gasping at the mess "...are you okay? Did you get hurt? Why are you just standing there like you saw a ghost?" Jimin shakes the boy

"H-hyung..?" Jungkook finally looks at Jimin

"You are scaring me...are you okay?" Jimin worries seeing Jungkook stare at him with tears in his eyes

"Hyung...You can't go to Japan...I won't let you"

"What? Why?" Jimin removes his hold on Jungkook as he backs away a bit to look at the taller

"You can't go..." Jungkook pouts "...not for that long"

"Awww You are so cute.." Jimin chuckles hitting the boy on his arms sofly "......I will be back before you know it"

Jimin's playfulness makes Jungkook frown - a year won't go that fast. Is he that happy to be away from me?

"No, it's too long" Jungkook shakes his head

"Aww my Kookie is gonna miss me?" Jimin giggles "..and I thought you didn't care about me"

"Stop it! It's not funny!" Jungkook exclaims making Jimin stop giggling as he backs away "..hyung I.." Jungkook steps forward seeing fear in Jimin's eyes, which only made Jimin step back more

"Ah!" Jungkook groans when he steps on a glass piece

"Oh my God! Jungkook are you okay?" Jimin rushes forward to help the taller but Jungkook pushes Jimin away as he sits on a nearby chair

"Don't come close..you might get hurt!" Jungkook says as Jimin tries to help him again

"Just let me help you" the worry in Jimin's voice makes Jungkook tear up - you won't be here from tomorrow. Stop acting like you care about me

Jungkook's thoughts were cut off by the feel of Jimin's hands on his feet picking out the glass piece

Jungkook immediately grabs the piece and throws it back on the floor "You don't get to care for me!"

"W-what?"

"You are leaving tomorrow..why do you care about me?"

"Jungkook! Stop being childish! Thankfully the wound isn't deep at all..." Jimin says standing up when Jungkook holds him back

"Don't go"

"I am just going to get the first aid kit" Jimin assures the boy 

"No..." Jungkook shakes his head looking down still holding Jimin's wrist "...don't go to Japan.. I don't think I can survive being away from you for that long.."

"What?" Jimin's eyes widen as he feels Jungkook's hold on his wrist tighten

"Please...." Jungkook finally looks up at Jimin "...Don't go..... I can't take it..please...please..." Jungkook buries his face in Jimin's palm

Jimin's eyes go soft watching the younger being clingy "...Jungkook-ah..". 

"Hyung..Please..."

"Look at me..." Jimin nudges the younger with his palm but Jungkook shakes his head 

"No... No. ." Jungkook refuses to look up, still nuzzling his head into Jimin's smol palms ".....don't try to convince me..... I love you .. please stay"

"Y-you... you love me?" Jimin's eyes widen in shock

Jungkook panics as he looks up and releases Jimin's hand, realizing what he just said "I..I..."

Jimin kneels down next to the younger, now being at eye level with him "...do you mean what you said?" Jimin tilts his head, voice and eyes filled with such softness that Jungkook felt relieved that Jimin didn't hate him "...do you love me?"

"Y-yes..yes..." Jungkook's eyes water "...I'm sorry ..but I do.. I do love you..."

Jimin's eyes water in joy "I love you too" he hugs the taller

"You do?" Jungkook's eyes widen as he hugs the smaller back before pulling away "...so please...can you not go? Can you please stay?"

"Jungkook-ah, I can't do that. I have to go..."

"What?" Jungkook nearly winces as he stands up on his injured foot, Jimin standing up as well "...how can you expect me to stay away from you for a year after our confession... It's.."

"A year?" Jimin interrupts him confused

"Yes..Tae-Tae hyung told me you would be back only next year" Jungkook pouts

Now it was Jungkook's turn to be confused "What?"

"I am going for a 2 day dance tutor gig"

"But..."

"It's the new year after 2 days.." Jimin interrupts Jungkook 

"Oh.." Jungkook chuckles nervously as he runs his hand over his nape - did he just embarrass himself in front of his future boyfriend?

"So you love me huh?" Jimin smirks nudging Jungkook's shoulders with his own 

Jungkook blushes but when he sees Jimin's smirk turning into a soft smile, the taller smirks

"Yes I do.. do you want me to show you how much?" Jungkook had by then trapped Jimin between himself and the wall

"How about we treat your feet first?" Jimin says blushing as he tries to look anywhere else but Jungkook

Jungkook chuckles seeing his flustered hyung - ah! How much he loved seeing Jimin like that

"How about a kiss first?" Jungkook tilts his head, his lips now dangerously close to Jimin's

"Y-yes.." Jimin's eyes flutter close "...please.." he whispers

Jungkook smiles slightly before softly pressing his lips against the smaller's "I love you.."

"I love you too" Jimin whispers against Jungkook's lips before finding himself being pulled into a deeper passionate kiss
