Flashback

Jimin was having a sleepover at Jungkook's like they often do. But that night, something was going to change between them

Jungkook's mom went to check up on them like she normally does, when she sees Jungkook biting Jimin's neck in his sleep, both groaning at the feeling but still unaware of what was actually happening

She wakes Jungkook up gently and takes him away from Jimin, explaining what he did to Jimin in a subtle way

He burst out crying "I am sorry..I didn't mean to... I hurt him.. I hurt him" the 10 year old cried in his mom's arms ".. I will stay away if it means that will protect him" he sniffles

His mom gently wipes away his tears "It's okay honey" she hugs him ".. You did it because you really like him and unconsciously wanted him to be bonded to you" she sighs "..but you both are too young for this and it's best that Jimin doesn't know about this yet. You guys are still friends, nothing is going to change that but maybe the sleepovers may have to stop for a little while till your urge to bite Jimin can be under control"

Jungkook had accidentally bonded with Jimin without them knowing it. Since it was a premature bite and Jungkook's mom had stopped it before it got too deep, the bite mark healed with only a faint scar left behind, almost unnoticeable
