BTW, One Piece Villian = People who were evil towards cinnamon role because they are rivals or idiots. 
That means marines do not count except for CP0 and CP9. They were villains, they weren't doing there job. At least I believe so. Also, I need you guys to request for 10 more days! I can't think of ideas!! First to request, first to do!
