Do I think a zombie apocalypse is realistic? Could it really happen?

Yes, I do think the zombie apocalypse is realistic. Zombies are people who previously died and we have any of those left on earth...

I think this could happen for many reasons that I can't really explain. The apocalypse is likely to happen one day and one of the causes just so happens to be zombies...coincidence? ;)
