My hunch about the monster hibernating - originating? - on Mount Everest has proved fruitful. Several interviews revealed hikers saw something inhuman while climbing - always hiding in the blowing snow. Two said fellow hikers appeared to be pulled into crevasses - the tugs on the lines weren't normal and came up empty without trace of their mates. Several times sherpas were observed discreetly leaving food around camp at night (monsters are bad for business!). Obtained the description of a man who claims he escaped from it. I'm closer than ever before! Onwards!
