day 2
"holy crap this is a terrible idea" character A says to B.
Let's get to it :3
-very mild language-
"Holy crap this is a terrible idea." Aburn says to Sarasa, her reddish orange tail swishing agitatedly.
"I know. That's why I'm doing it" Was the simple response that left Aburn speechless.
"Y-you whaaaaat...?"
"Aburn. Calm down. Everything's gonna go fine."
She said soothingly, seemingly unworried.
Her ears twitched as she took a second to compose herself. A sigh.
"Okay then. But if you kill yourself it's not my fault. I just want to get my dagger back."
Sarasa said, suddenly serious."Fine by me. I need to have a word with the leader after all."
Aburn stared at her, a tinge of curiosity in her golden eyes.
"What?"
"Why did your emotions change so quickly? I could sense it. Your demeanor became darker..."
She shook her head.
"It doesn't matter. Shall we get going?"
"Okay! Let's go!" The brunette replied, half running, the orange haired girl chasing after her, occasionally running on fours.
"Hey idiots. Over here." Aburn said in monotone, waving her hands robotically.
"That was terrible." Sarasa whisper-shouted from a tree dotted with snow above them.
"Do I look. Like a give a crap? No. So deal with it you wanted me to do this." She whisper-shouted back.
"At least do a good job!"
"... This isn't the movies you know. We can see you guys as clear as day. We also can hear whatever you say."
"I thought the movies were based on real things?!!" Sarasa whisper-shouted angrily.
"I had enough of this bull by two of you. Men, capture them."
"Shit. I don't have my dagger..."
Sarasa drew out a long hunting dagger, with two feathers hanging at the end and a small rich pink gem in the hilt.
Her cloak ruffled as she moved, and her wings twitched. A few feathers floated gently down onto the snow coated ground so white that it was almost invisible.
Aburn prepared herself into a fighting stance, her tail raised high and prepared to attack anyone through a fluffy suffocation.
The first three men came rushing towards them. Sarasa sliced one in the thighs, disabling him and leaving him to crawl slowly back to the gang. She didn't want to kill. Aburn however, didn't give two shits. She got the bandit by his scruffy collar, and whammed him against a tree so hard snow started stirring up and settling down once again. The cold hearted fox hybrid wasn't finished however. Whipping around, she swung the unconcious dude in her hand straight to the bandit that was slowly creeping up, hitting him in the gut, knocking the daylights and the wind out of him.
A heavy thump on snow behind them. Next thing that was registered, Sarasa was out cold, dagger a few feet away. Something heavy and spiked hit Aburns head and warm liquid seeped out and onto the crook of her neck. She slumped to the snowflaked ground, eyelids closing slowly. "This was a terrible idea..."
Heh.
