Lucas' POV

(This one is when they are about 20ish and they are living together)

I was waking up, and it was about 8:15ish in the morning. 

Riley was in the other bedroom and she was either already awake or getting ready to get up. Usually she gets up first. I quickly made my bed and went out into the kitchen to see Riley in her pajamas, wrapped in a blanket, making breakfast. 

"Hey, cutie," I said.

"Hey, Lucas," she said with a smile.

"What are you making?" I asked. 

"Eggs, sausage and bacon," she said.

"I am going to go get the mail ok?" I said. 

"Okay," she said. Whenever she is making breakfast was when I went and got the mail. There was a few bills and a letter from Riley's cousin that we have been sending letters back in forth for quite awhile. I walked in through the door and walked over to Riley where she was finishing up breakfast. 

"Hey, what was in the mail?" she asked. 

"A few bills and a letter for Heather," I said. 

This was usually when we start eating breakfast and talking. 

"So, how did you sleep?" she asked. 

"Fine, how about you?" I answered while taking a bite of the food.

"I slept fine," she said. 

We ate and talked until we were done. 

"Okay, I'm going to do the dishes," I said when we were both done. The rule is that whoever doesn't makes breakfast or supper has to wash the dishes. It is usually me because I can't cook. 

"Okay, I'm going to go get ready," she said. She got up and left me with the dishes. I picked up the dishes and washed them. After I was done washing the dishes I go and take a shower. After I am done with taking a shower I throw on my clothes for the day and then I am ready. 

Everyday is a new chance but all I know is I am spending time with the love of my life.
