The last time you rode a horse and what you did

I rode about two months ago for the first time in two years, at a place called Equestrian Quest that really didn't work out in the slightest. There was hardly any supervision, the owner made me cry and was impatient, rude and seriously strict, and tried to get us to pay $250 for a 5 pack of lessons twice. So I don't ride there anymore. I still can't find another good stable. *cries*

Anyway, I didn't do much since it had been two years. I walked and trotted around barrels and over some trot poles, and then we went on a trail ride and my horse (A 14.9hh bay and white Paint mare named Halo) spooked and leaped into a few canter strides. Lucky enough, I didn't fall off, but I did get a mouthful of spiderweb, which is pretty much just as bad.
